GENERAL

slap tongue: the sound is created as a result of the release of suction in the mouth and the popping sound that the reed produces which amplifies as it travels through the horn.

HARP
STRINGS
Thunder glissando: Forceful glissando with the l.h. causing the strings to rattle against each other
Whistle glissando: the right palm rests on the top of the indicated strings, while the l.h. draws a rapid gliss. on the same strings, following the arrow's direction.
Timpanic sounds: play taping the soundboard
Aeolian rustling: draw the open hand across the strings. All 5 fingers are extended in horizontal position

PERCUSSION
Xilophone (Xlphn): play with the r.h. on the centre of the written strings while the l.h. muffles them at the bottom
Beater on beater: A beater is placed in the center of the drum head and its head is struck by another beater. Immediately after the attack the beater on the drum head is removed so that the sound can develop. The attack must not be heard.
Tuning key Vibrato: Use either the metal or wooden part of the tunig key to bend the string
Aeolian tremolo: back and forth motion fo the fingertips
