1 part fresh lime juice 1 part ginger beer 1 part muddled mint Club soda Directions Limes, sliced into wheels Mix all but soda into shaker, pour into ice filled glass. Top with slash of club soda. Garnish with lime wheel. -Pure Kitchen Catering
