President’s Message — Education Awaits You at the AAOC Trade Show & Conference

Last month, I talked about education being a core service provided by the Apartment Association of Orange County (AAOC), and the importance of members continuing their professional education, no matter how many years they’ve been a rental housing provider.

With the AAOC Trade Show & Conference coming up on Thursday May 5, 2022, I thought I’d shine the spotlight this month on the free educational seminars and maintenance demonstrations that will be presented that day. The sessions will cover a wide range of topics beneficial to independent rental owners, property management company staff, and other multifamily housing professionals.
