Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, the youngest of the four Colored Greek Letter College Fraternities, wishes to congratulate the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity upon the wonderful: showing it has made as a pioneer in this great field. This group of college men most happily join you in the march toward literary, economic and political freedom. We congratulate you upon the success of your jtwenty years of effort and achievement. W e are endeavoring to supplement your work and assist in every possible way in getting for our college group and for our people in general, all the . rights and privileges enjoyed by other people. At our last conclave, little stress was placed upon purely social activities.
