Early Speech Development Disorders of Children with Motor Cerebral Pathology O.G. Prihodko Moscow City Pedagogical University, Moscow, Russia The article is devoted to a problem of early integrated support to children with motor cerebral pathology. The results of long-term experimental research (1988–2007) directed on studying of early speech development features of children with cerebral palsy are presented. The specificity of speech development of first year of life children, early manifestations of speech and motor disorders is examined.

Studying of Character of Interaction of Early Age Children with Deviations in Mental Development L.V. Pronina Research Institute of Special Education, Russian Academy of Education, Moscow, Russia In the article the scientifically-methodical approach to studying features of children-adults and children-children interactions is revealed. Different levels of interaction with contempoparies at children with the moderate and severe deviations in mental development are described.

Public Attitude in the Samara Region to Questions of Integrated Education of Children with Special Needs V.A. Prudnikova ANO «School of Civil Education», Samara, Russia In the article the research of complex factors interaction connected with the attitude to a child with development disorder and his/her environment, social and cultural reactions to child’s illness or his/her defect, to family status is presented. Some social problems typical for the Samara region are revealed. The public opinion of different groups of parents about the organization of co-education is compared.

Intrapsychic, interpsychic and dynamiс aspects of interpersonal attitudes are marked out. These aspects are presented in uniform theoretical scheme.
