Functional modules hang between the two hyperboloids and are divided into 4 main groups: commerce, recreation, offices, and residence. Each group takes its place in the vertical zoning of the skyscraper. The diversity of modules creates a perfect new world inside one skyscraper. Each type of module tends to the shape to suit their specific function. Now people can feel the freedom of possibilities and communication. They can choose a place for lunch straight from their office floor and easily get there or have a nice walk from a restaurant straight to the Ueno Park.
