In Phase 5 we will work to use the new mixed use facilities we have built to provide low cost or free rent to program graduates and community members to start their own businesses

Business Accelerator

We will work with experts in the business field to connect individuals interested in entrepreneurship so they can start their businesses, and live a life they never dreamed. We will also work to fund these businesses through a CDFI.

Community Development Financial Institution

In this phase we will start a CDFI to provide funds to change the community through new development initiatives.

Fundraising Goal: $3,000,000

Goal Completion Date: August 1, 2027
