Phase 11 we will begin to expand the mixeduse facilities, adding more housing for low income individuals, program participants, and graduates and adding services both for our program participants and the community

Expand Mixed Use Development

By adding more rental units we can work to eleveate the housing affordability crisis in the area, and create more retail space to employ community members and attract top talent and add more juice to our business accelarator.

Health Center

We will also add a health center in our mixed use facility providing medical, dental, optical and behavioral health - regardless of ability to pay
