CONCEPT: BUTTERFLY EFFECT

THE SENSITIVE DEPENDENCE ON INITIAL CONDITIONS IN WHICH A SMALL CHANGE IN ONE STATE OF A DETERMINISTIC NONLINEAR SYSTEM CAN RESULT IN LARGE DIFFERENCES IN A LATER STATE. THE CONCEPT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A RESEARCH AND COMMUNICATION CENTER DEVELOPED FROM THE CHAOS THEORY. SO AS THE THEORY HAS THE TERM BUTTERFLY WHICH IS NOT RELATE TO THE BUTTERFLY ITSELF . SO I USED THE TERM BUTTERFLY AND CONSIDER A BUTTERFLY ITSELF FOR MY DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PROCESS WHICH CAN BE SEEN.

MR. ARJUN ADHIKARI, IS AN ESTABLISHED AND SUCCESSFUL ARCHITECT (DEEPLY INSPIRED BY AN ARCHITECT ASSIGNED TO/CHOSEN BY YOU INDIVIDUALLY). HE IS ORIGINALLY FROM ARGHAKHANCHI DISTRICT OF NEPAL AND RECEIVED HIS ARCHITECTURAL DEGREE FROM HOKKAIDO, JAPAN. THEREAFTER HE WORKED BRIEFLY IN THE UK FOR FIVE YEARS AND RETURNED BACK TO NEPAL TO START HIS OWN PRACTICE. MR. ADHIKARY, NOW 45, HAS BEEN RUNNING A VERY SUCCESSFUL ARCHITECTURAL PRACTICE AT HIS STUDIO AT MAHARAJGUNJ, KATHMANDU.

MR. ADHIKARI, IS CURRENTLY LIVING WITH HIS BRITISH WIFE (AGE 42) ALONG WITH TWO KIDS - ONE DAUGHTER ( 17 YEARS OLD ) AND SON ( 12YEARS OLD). HIS WIFE IS A FREE SPIRITED ARTIST WHOM HE MET IN THE UK.. SHE WORKS FROM HOME WHILE TAKING CARE OF HER CHILDREN AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD ACTIVITIES. UNLIKE HER HUSBAND (WHO DOESN’T LIKE TO WORK AT HOME ), SHE PREFERS TO HAVE A SMALL STUDIO WHERE SHE CAN PAINT AND STORE HER ARTWORK, WHENEVER THEY BUILD THEIR NEW HOME.

THE SITE LOCATED IN SANO BHARANG NEAR SWYAMBHUNATH IS A PLACE ACCESSIBLE FOR MOST OF THE PEOPLE AS CONNECT BY RING ROAD. SO THE OBJECTIVE IS TO CREATE A COMMERCIAL BUILDING MAKING THE PROJECT FEASIBLE AND PROFITABLE FOR THE CLIENT WITH MINIMUM EXPENDITURE FOR MAXIMING PROFIT FROM THE PROJECT.
