People matter, and it is the right of every person to have their basic needs met. Ensuring that this happens and enhancing the well-being of people in general is a fundamental obligation of all. Wolwedans accepts the role it can play in this and aims to enhance the well-being of communities with whom it has a direct and indirect relationship. Team and local community impact interventions will include fair working conditions and team well-being, local and regional development, social ventures, social accountability, capacity building support for micro, small and medium enterprises and ‘happiness’, among others.
