Coaching is a simple set of tools that anyone who enjoys learning about themselves and others can gain benefit from Coaching is a tool which once learnt can be applied in many situations in life to enhance our ability to communicate clearly and understand others Knowing about how to apply coaching in everyday situations is seen as a useful and transferable skill in employment and education settings
We will address how to use coaching to shape a vision, in interview situations or with people we find challenging. The course aims to open up the power of coaching to as many people as possible.
