Christmas Menu 2019 3 Course Set Menu - $98 per Adult EntrĂŠe Seafood Medley A trio of oysters. Kilpatrick, fresh and chilli accompanied with two fresh king prawns. Roasted Butternut pumpkin soup Slow roasted pumpkin with a hint of nutmeg and pepper with a side of bread. Vegetarian Tart Tart shells filled with Mediterranean vegetables, crumbed fetta and coated with a balsamic glaze

Mains Christmas Roast A medley of traditional Christmas roasts, pork, ham and turkey with roasted chat potatoes, pumpkin, honey glazed baby carrots and a red wine gravy. Eye Fillet 250 g eye fillet cooked medium. Served on a creamy potato mash with an accompaniment of seasonal greens and a red wine jus. Grilled Barramundi A grilled barramundi fillet served on a Moroccan cous cous with mixed sautĂŠed vegetables and a white wine Salsa Verde sauce. Vegetarian Tortellini Ricotta and spinach stuffed tortellini served in a creamy sauce with mushrooms, semi dried tomatoes and a basil pesto, topped with freshly shaved parmesan.

Desserts Profiteroles Custard filled profiteroles served with double whipped cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Panna Cotta Vanilla bean panna cotta with mixed berries and a strawberry compote. Christmas Pudding Traditional Christmas pudding served with warm vanilla custard.


Children’s Christmas Menu 2019 2 Course Set Menu - $35 per Child Mains Christmas Roast Roast turkey served with honey glazed carrots, roasted chat potatoes, pumpkin and a red wine gravy Fish and Chips Beer battered fish served with fat chips and tomato sauce. Spaghetti Spaghetti with Bolognese sauce and shaved parmesan. Chicken Nuggets Tempura battered chicken nuggets served with chips and tomato sauce.
