Additional Commitments activities in Viet Nam in the form of build-operatetransfer (BOT) and buildtransfer-operate (BTO). Foreign companies are allowed to do business activities in Viet Nam in the form of build-operatetransfer (BOT) and buildtransfer-operate (BTO).
Import of refuse is forbidden by law. Treatment and disposal of hazardous waste is regulated by Law.
