Owned and operated by the City of Great Bend, the Convention Center boasts over 14,000 square feet of meeting space. Located in the heart of Kansas and known to be a major contender in the state as a site for conventions/conferences, the Center can accommodate up to 1,200 people for the ultimate in banquet dining. It is also ideal for auctions, exhibits, and dances. The main hall can be divided into two inter-connecting rooms. Rest assured that the Convention Center can accommodate every size of event. For additional meeting spaces, the Highland Hotel and Best Western Angus Inn have a variety of meeting areas, some with poolside dining.
