Project 2 Cruising Stations - Lea Valley
Inspired by British canal folk art ‘Roses and Castles’. The project aims to provide a network of facilities along River Lea to promote canal living and the British Narrow Boat culture. Acting as an aid to regenerate the once industrial and polluted area of the River Lea, cruising stations provides facilities for cruisers to moore temporarily, in order to enhance the quality of life of the narrow boat community, while encouraging canal living as a housing alternative.
