There’s no doubt that exercise is one of the most beneficial things you can do for your mind and body. There are so many different ways to get physical activity in and I encourage you to try it all! You never know you might fall in love with something you’d never have imagined. Stepping outside of your comfort zone is something we should all do from time to time. I’m going to tell you how to avoid this and get the most out of your workouts.
