Longer days, shorter I’m looking forward nights, fresh air, open windows, and to cooler weathoutdoor activities. Living in New er, sweaters, apple England we are no stranger to picking, and pumpfluctuating weather patterns which kin everything! It’s means that spring weather isn’t also the best time always promised for the beginning to savor the time of spring. Many of us make promises spent outdoors beto ourselves when the weather “gets fore colder weather nicer”, but why not start now? No matter the weather making comes. If you haven’t already it’s a great time to focus your fitness routine a couple of times a week getting out of the house. New England is well known for beautiful fall scenery, so why not get out and discover something new. healthy choices can be fun and simple. What you eat is just as important as exercise! No matter the weather you can always control what you consume. I’m going to share with you some of my healthy eating tips to help you achieve your goals. Exercise doesn’t have to monotonous, there are plenty of great places to hike locally. There’s a wonderful book called Weekend Hikes in Rhode Island by Ken Weber that I was introduced to awhile back. He does an excellent job of breaking down each destination with detailed directions, approximate walking time, and Meal prep, which I’m sure you heard before is crucial to achieving your goals. Here are some key factors for a successful meal prep: the distance. A couple that are great for fall are Napatree Point and Browning Mill Pond- Roaring Brook. Have fun with it! Healthy eating doesn’t mean you have to eat salad everyday. There are so many delicious ways to prepare your food so that you can enjoy what you’re eating. Don’t sacrifice the joy of food because you think that’s what you’re supposed to do. So pull out your smart phone and start saving those healthy recipes and get to achieving your goals!!
