AGRICULTURAE THE GREEN PRODUCTIVE MACHINE
The old FIAT factory located in the Mirafiori neighborhood in Turin, Italy had a large residential urban core due to the number of workers they had in their industries. After technological advances in the automotive sector, the workforce in the factory began to decline and the neighborhood began to empty until it became a desolate and totally disconnected sector of the city.

The inhabitants and the new policies, have generated new urban and architectural proposals to recover the sector but unfortunately none has been able to find a correct solution. At this time is when “Agriculturae is born, a proposal that seeks through urban agriculture that is the main economic activity of the sector, revive and recover the area.

With sustainability and agriculture as its focus, it is proposed to replace the residential nature of the sector with a new productive character in which a large urban green machine is generated capable of becoming a new point of economic and tourist attraction for the city. As for the existing buildings, the reuse of them is proposed giving a new internal use with vertical farms capable of producing food and crops throughout the year. On the other hand, new spaces are created such as the Bio Market, the Kiwis Square, the Laboratories and Control Tower where tourists can buy products and be an active part of the project, understanding the entire process of the large production machine.

PANORAMIC RESORT IN THE MOUNTAINS

Located in Ostana, Italy next to the Po Valley, the complex is located in an area characterized by a particular panoramic view: the Italian Alps and the Monviso mountain range, which become the focal point of the project. For this reason, we try to identify a design strategy that allows us to establish a solid connection between the host and the landscape richness of the surrounding context.
Ostana Resort is a project that places in its base the interest for a sustainable architecture that allows architecture and nature to interact. The building consists of five modules connected and connected to each other, which, thanks to the semicircular structure of the structure, rotate adapting to the topography of the territory, framing and highlighting different views of the landscape.

Familiar Room
In the center of the hostel is the main module, in which public spaces such as reception, bar and restaurant are located. Through its lateral wings, rooms and spaces directed to other hotel activities, such as spa, gym and multipurpose room are distributed. On the other hand, for the rooms different types are proposed that adapt to the needs of the users, from individual rooms to family rooms all enjoying a view that allows a connection with nature during your stay.
Duplex Room
Finally, the hotel’s internal-external relationship is carried out through a garden staircase that, thanks to the different levels at which it develops, allows guests to go out, experience and live the mountain.

The enclosure is located in the area of the recovered maritime port, where tourists from many parts of the world are expected to arrive, thus seeing the opportunity to develop spaces for tourism, economic activities, business and large companies.
Urban Masterplan
Farol do Porto is a project that seeks to integrate and complement a master plan for the city sector in which a 6-star hotel, private offices, a coworking and spaces destined for large-scale commerce are proposed internally. The building through its morphological dynamism and its height aims to become a new point of reference for the city giving the similarity to a lighthouse in the port. As for its design, the building is divided into 3 very well structured phases that being the same building allow the privatization of spaces without any problem for the user and without the need to limit their movement in the project. Just as the hacker finds the weaknesses of an operating system, to enter it and modify its information through a virus. The project finds the existing weaknesses of architecture and urbanism, and spreads the photosymbiosis virus, which acts as a large network, which mutates evolves and controls the architecture, creating living systems from the non-living. An organism is considered alive by having a metabolism, an inheritance and a body and being able to self-organize, grow and reproduce. It seeks to replicate these three characteristics of a living organism, in this case the microalgae, generating a lively, mobile architecture capable of evolving through a parametric membrane in the wetland.

Within the dimensional study of the accessories that are part of the house there is a minimum repetitive pattern of 0.70m, which is taken as the base module of composition. Accessories that are grouped or distributed giving rise to spaces that modulate each other corresponding to a series of dimensioning logics.
In the project, the elements that appear are classified in 4 clearly defined and with a specific function that makes it fundamental in the proposal Articulating element: It is the main axis and by which the whole house is related both horizontally and vertically. When projected on the roof allows us to bring a beam of light inside throughout the day, this gives a unique orientation of the project and a notable decrea-
se in energy expenditure. Social element: It is made up of social or meeting spaces. Its main activity is to concentrate and group. Private element: They are the spaces given to the exclusive use of the main family nucleus, this is achieved by placing it on the second floor, it is flexible in terms of its use as required by users. Wet element: It arises from the concentration of spaces intended for both personal and domestic hygiene.

The guadua bamboo, the structuring element of the project is a fast-growing and versatile management seedling that is used for the elaboration of structural, dividing and enclosure elements in homes, warehouses, warehouses, furniture, and handicrafts. In this way, guadua allows generating a sustainable productive cycle of which users are the main agents.

Guadua Bamboo Plantation
Entering the architectural proposal, the quality and the urban environment derive from the efficient use of the land and the house with possibilities of growth through its progressive and incremental character. The proposal integrates the possibility that each individual or family implements or completes the home through the specific parameters of the structural, bearing and roof design. The sense of articulation and efficiency in housing is
presented as an opportunity to bridge the gaps caused by the segregation and exclusion of the most vulnerable communities in Cartagena as a replicable model for other areas of the country. In addition, the project exceeds the reductionist logic of traditional minimum housing standards with 45 square meters, fostering the ability to self-manage based on individual, family and collective well-being.

It have also large areas for sports, artistic and cultural events, itinerant markets, all of them with free access and circulation being a fundamental axis in the environmental education and protection of fauna and flora present in Cali.
Urban Planning
Through the connection of important roads, new trails and visual points are generated around the ecological park which it is not only perceived as a lung for the city, but also a creator of new environmental networks that connect the city with other green existing axes
The proposal has as its main focus the conservation of all existing trees within the park. The triangulation system is generated from the location of the tree trunks and the new level of the park flush creating a three-dimensional topographic effect.

The main objective of this intervention is to integrate the existing city net with the present Green environment and the actual water ecosystems spread all around the area that will relate the city throughout a public natural infrastructure that transports, connects and relates its users with the constructed context.
The sustainable energy investigation stripe, proposes a perpendicular connection in relation with Luoma Lake Axis that will permit spacial and social relations among the city in al type of urban scales. This stripe based on a voronoid net, proposes a new relation with the public space by an undulate surface that will create all type of interactions in buildings and new relations among what is public and what is private.
