En el año 2021 me gradué como arquitecto en la UCSG.
Mi carrera profesional comenzó con traba jos de remodelación de oficinas, consulto rios médicos, y áreas sociales en los que me encargué del diseño y su construcción.
En el 2022 Funde mi propio estudio, ABAD ARQ STUDIO, en el cual actualmente me encuentro diseñando y dirigiendo varios proyectos arquitectónicos de viviendas unifamiliares, y proyectos empresariales.

In 2021 I graduated as an architect from UCSG.
My professional career began with office remodeling works, medical offices, and social areas in which I was in charge of the design and construction.
In 2022 I founded my own studio, ABAD ARQ STUDIO, in which I am currently de signing and directing several architectural projects of single family homes, and busi ness projects

This project is a remodel of an executive office. The clients requested:
1-Four workspaces each with a filing cabinet
2-A mini meeting room
3-Two extra workstations
A dark natural wood color was chosen to combine with black tones, with the window profiles, using this tone in the desks and chairs. Each workspace was separated with tempered glass, and an indirect ligh ting design was made.

This project is a dental office remodel. The doctor wanted her office to transmit ¨Peace and serenity¨ and for her patients to feel comfortable and safe.
We guided and advised her in every aspect of her office such as space design, lighting and sound design, advice on countertop finishes, furniture and we finished with the creation of her professional image such as her logo.

This is a project for a sin gle-family house loca ted in Ballenita-Ecuador.
It was designed based on the client’s needs, which is a single plant and that are all the spa ces mentioned below.
-Four bedrooms each with a bathroom. -Interior and exterior guest bathroom -Living room -Dining room -Kitchen -Laundry -Pump room -Cellar -Exterior room -Pool.

The clients wanted to change the idea of separating each environment, but rather to have everything together. By opening the windows, the outside and inside areas become one.

Internally it was designed on the basis that the rooms (the private part) is se parated from the living room, dining room and kitchen (apart public) through an interior garden. And that in turn all areas of the project are open.

Eco-Friendly - sustainable architecture, use of local materials such as wood, guadua cane, toquilla straw, bricks. Solar panels, rainwater reuse system, vegetable gardens will be used.

The concept is linked to the client’s dream of being a totally open project, linked to na ture and the climatic conditions of the place.
The entrance is located on the second floor, upon entering we find the double height space of the -1 floor. On the second floor we have a master suite and an outdoor living room. On floor -1 is the kitchen, dining room and 2 bedrooms.

Modern interior design, the idea of an open kitchen creates that the dining room and kitchen become one space and that everything is connected.
We included an interior garden, to give more life and warmth to the living room area.
