• Other nationalities require Visa to visit Vietnam. All the visa formalities should be cleared-off before visiting Vietnam. The procedure after landing at Vietnam is, the traveler goes to “Visa upon arrival Counter” and shows the letter, fills in the arrival form and he receives an official stamp on his/her passport. upon Arrival stamp are available only at the three international airports at Vietnam, namely- Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Danang. Visitors arriving by land from Cambodia, Laos or China must have a full visa when they arrive at border.

Visiting Vietnam by road: Visiting Vietnam by road includes the travel in buses from China, Cambodia or Laos. • Via China, there are three border crossingso Dondxing - Mong Cai o Hekou – Lao Cai o Youyi Guan – Huu Nghi Quan • Via Cambodia, the main crossing is the Moc Bai/Bavet Crossing on Hoi Chi Minh City. • Via Laos, there are at-least six border crossings.
