5.3 Closing documents
Respond to the message as follows:
When closing a document, it may be that it still needs to be saved to the same location or possibly another location within the Workspace, or it may be that articles that were checked out still need to be checked in. Smart Connection Pro handles each of these situations differently.
Click Cancel to close the dialog box and return to the document without closing the document.
To close a document, do one of the following:
Click Yes to save the document. The document is saved to its original location including the changes made and subsequently closed.
Click No to close the document without saving it.
From the File menu, choose Close. Click the Close button on the document window.
The sections on the following pages describe the various scenarios that can come up when closing files.
