Going with the flow Coldflow Mechanical Services is a market leader in commercial air conditioning in Victoria with well over 1,000 projects to its name in its 50 year history. It is currently installing comprehensive air systems at the Campbell Place Retirement Village in Glen Waverley, a new aged care project by Australian Unity. With over 100 years experience amongst its management team and a skilled workforce of 60, Coldflow Mechanical Services has successfully undertaken projects in the residential apartment market, commercial and retail buildings, aged care facilities and educational institutions. In the case of the Campbell Place development, Coldflow Mechanical Services installed a Mitsubishi VRV air conditioning system to all common areas and 101 bedsits in the nursing home, commercial kitchen exhaust, various exhaust systems, gas log fire flues, hydronic heating system and radiator heating panels to the bedsits. In addition Mitsubishi multihead ducted air conditioning units, exhaust ventilation systems and a carpark exhaust were installed to the 65 apartments. All aspects of the air conditioning and ventilation processes are controlled and monitored by a building management system.
