Key concepts:
1) CHIPPs (Charged Hylogenic Ionic Proto Particles) existing unanimously throughout the Universe.
2) PEM Force (Proto Electromagnetic Force) existing as the 5th Fundamental Force. Even though the PEM proto energy signature from a single CHIPP is so small it is almost entirely unmeasurable, yet the combined presence of all CHIPPs together within a given area sparks the essence of Gravity and Dark Gravity signature. As the first of the Five Fundamental Forces, the PEM force is the only fundamental force that applies to non-matter forming particles (NMFPs), aka Dark Matter and Dark Energy, whereas the other Four Fundamental Forces, e.g., Electromagnetism, Gravity, Weak Nuclear Force, and Strong Nuclear Force only pertain to matter-forming particles (MFPs).
3) Suspended Conductivity as the process by which CHIPPs create their own Gravity / Dark Gravity by way of the P
