CIRCUM UNIVERSUM (https://www.yumpu.com/user/ANCALMO) [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BeWiSYYRA9w] [https://vimeo.com/1126235925] Here, is first proposed, a "vacuum-centric" Universe, where the vacuum is not a void, rather a “something” made of Charged Hylogenic Ionic Proto Particles (CHIPPs) existing everywhere the Universe exists, and therefore these CHIPPs are responsible for the creating and governing of everything in the Universe, and more esoterically, this CHIPP substrate is the Universe itself. The current belief of the quantum vacuum is a random “sea” of quantum fluctuations, where virtual particle-antiparticle pairs are constantly appearing and disappearing. The problem with this belief is that it ignores the most basic facts about our Universe’s mechanics, and glaringly ignores the most basic principles of the Laws of Thermodynamics. The Subpermeable Universe Expansion theory, SUE theory, and the CHIPP theory address this discrepancy by directly proposing a proto-particle proto-quantum vacuum, hereby known as the CHIPP substrate, existing as the fundamental “Alpha and Omega” of all matter and dark matter, energy and dark energy, gravity and dark gravity, –so that this CHIPP substrate is so basic, so universal, it is the fundamental building block and the essential destructive force needed to create all known and unknown phenomenon in the Universe. This basic substrate therefore is responsible for the appearance and existence of a 5th Fundamental Force, existing as the Proto Electromagnetic Force, PEM, and this PEM force is the first of the Five Fundamental Forces of the Universe, and is the only Fundamental Force that directly applies to NMFPs, Non-Matter-Forming Particles, where as the other Four Fundamental Forces only directly apply to MFPs, Matter-Forming Particles, and these MFPs only indirectly affect all NMFPs by way of matter existing as a by-product creation related to energy in the form of stars, planets, and cosmic dust.
