Toy Fair 2016 Warner Bros. Consumer Products
Warner Bros. Consumer Products comes to Toy Fair with a lineup of global licensees in support of both new and classic properties. Leading the line-up is the latest franchise, DC Super Hero Girls with support from global partners such as master toy licensee Mattel and exclusive construction partner LEGO, and many more soon to be announced. Also on tap is the tentpole event of the year, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which is supported by master toy licensee Mattel, LEGO, Rubie’s, and many additional global partners. Toy Fair attendees can also expect to see offerings from DC Comics’ TV slate to franchise animation with Scooby-Doo, Looney Tunes, and Tom and Jerry, and fan-favorites including Harry Potter, The Big Bang Theory, The Wizard of Oz, and more.
Saban Brands Saban Brands continues its global growth as a company and across its brands, maintaining a diverse portfolio of properties. In early 2016, Saban’s Power Rangers Dino Super Charge premieres on Nickelodeon, marking the 23rd season for the franchise. This new season will unite 10 Power Rangers on the same team for the first time in franchise history. Products from Bandai’s new Power Rangers line launched at the end of 2015. The line includes the Deluxe Morpher collection, a large assortment of Dino Charger Power Packs, Deluxe Zords and Megazords, and a new collection of figures. This year’s toy line also includes the Ranger Battle Gear and Ranger Hero Sets. Bandai will premiere several new collectible segments in its Legacy line. In addition to the television series, Saban Brands has partnered with Lionsgate to develop and produce a Power Rangers live-action feature film franchise. The first film, which will re-envision the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, is slated to premiere January 13, 2017. Popples, the all-new Netflix original series for kids, premiered on October 30, 2015, and is available exclusively on Netflix worldwide. Based on the 1980s toy line and TV series, there is a full consumer products program.

Glitter Force
Spin Master is the global master toy licensee and an international product rollout across multiple categories and channels is planned for fall 2016. Spin Master’s plush toys are currently available in the U.S. at Walmart, including the Bubbles and Lulu Talk & Pop Plush as well as the Pop Open Plush, available in all five characters, Bubbles, Lulu, Sunny, Izzy, and Yikes. Additional products are coming in 2016 from a variety of licensees. Saban Brands has also partnered with celebrity mom, Soleil Moon Frye, to serve as a Popples brand ambassador. Much like Popples, she rose to fame in the 1980s as the star of popular sitcom, Punky Brewster. Another new Netflix original series for kids from Saban Brands is Glitter Force, which premiered on December 18, 2015. Glitter Force is available on Netflix world-
wide, excluding Asia. The new animated series follows five preteen girls who learn that they are a legendary superhero squad known as the Glitter Force and must defend Earth from evil fairytale villains. As a part of the Glitter Force, these friends transform from ordinary schoolgirls into super-powered cool girls. Saban Brands has partnered with pop music girl group, Blush, for the series. Blush, which is made up of five female members from all different parts of Pan-Asia, has recorded the Glitter Force theme song as well as four additional new original tracks to appear throughout the animated series. Saban Brands and Cirque du Soleil Média announced their upcoming original preschool property, Cirque du Soleil—Luna Petunia, as a Netflix original series for kids. Eleven 22-minute episodes will premiere worldwide exclusively on Netflix in fall 2016 and will kick off a full franchise rollout, including a full consumer products line, interactive digital content, and a potential live tour. Inspired by the fantastical worlds of the Cirque du Soleil brand, the groundbreaking new series will chronicle the adventures of a little girl named Luna Petunia who lives in our world and plays in a dreamland where she learns how to make the impossible possible.
