1. AKIRAThe goal of this project is to create a safe space, not a scape space, the difference is that women here will embrace and heal their traumas wiht the help and support of healers and the community itself.
In this space women will be able to be open, wihtout any judgment towards themseleves or their situation, this project intends to be a trasnformational journey for woman who are seeking to trascend their traumas and bad experiences into lessons and blessings for their future yet to come. This stablishemnt will provide tools for the woman of the now and the future, empowering and recognizing the value of the femenine in the world, to finish the suppresion and encourage value and power that women have, this is a calling for all the women who are seeking to have their power back and for them to remember the importance of their existance in the society.

This is a social responsible project in every aspect, our goal is to be inclusive with everything and everyone. How? by hiring people with disabilities that would not be hired in another hotel or service industry, we also want to give our costumers the benefit of brining their pets to our facilities, and last but not least including nature as never seen before in a inside project in downtown Vancouver.

This hotel is compromised with the environment. Recycling and reusing are very important aspects, as well as being sustainable in the way that the less plastic as possible will be used and organic materials non-harmful for the environment are going to be used as well.
The goal of this design in going out of the conventional architecture and design, bring the city into a new level of construction and concept, something fresh and new, recreational spaces where people can have fun and relax in a different was than drinking in a bar.
Getting into meditation and yoga rooms with vegan raw bars, a restaurant that produces its own food and of course everything made on the most sustainable way possible for everyones benefit. Also solving social problems is the goal, by hiring people with special abilities that would not normally be hired by another hotel company, this project is looking for brining everyone together as a community by sharing, meditating, being kind and having good energy.
Melbourne is a city full of life and culture, design, arts, sports, and fashion events. The culture is derived from Britain but it is more influenced by Australias own geography and culture. Its is considered the second most livable city in the world. Crime is very low, there are a lot of jobs and public transportation is effective and located almost everywhere.
Located on the central area of the city of Melbourne, Australia. This area walking distance from public transportation, green areas and parks, hospitals, art galleries and crafts.
The income per capita of this area is about AUD 70,500. The cost per day for Infant day care is about AUD 127 and with there CCS is just AUD$40. The average age in Australia is 38 years old, both men and women’s people can afford day care with their own salary plus government support.
This project was inspired in the fungi species, from colours, shapes and textures this projects embodies the most magical aspects of the mushrooms, flow, connectivity, fluidity and fun soft textures.
The West Vancouver area is a high income community and the location of the building is accesable via car and public transportation right at the entrance of the Centre. The community has a very close relationhip with nature and spirituality in general and for the eldery is important to have a safe space where they can move safely and with a sense of community.
To create a healing enviroment that will provide an energetic shift in the user by incorporating special areas dedicated to each vortex of energy of the body (Chakras). Using specific materials, shapes and room function by using furniture that will assist the person to feel steady and safe for the Crown Charkra and for the Sacral Chakra adding a lounge area that will provide sense of communication would be ideal.

Located in one of the busiest areas of Mexico City, the green office intends to bring nature into the office, this location is known to be very stressful due to the high population and traffic. A safe space is needed, a work area where you can feel safe and inspired by the different materials and greenery.
The green office intends to create a healthy environment for employees during work time. this is reached by being aware of the needs and emotions that people may have during office hours, what spaces would be a good addition in order to create a space evokes positive energy and wellness for the users.
Exploring different materials and organic shapes this project intends to regulate the flow of energy that is constantly released, by creating furniture that will evoke a more fluent energy movement which will create an environment of calm and inspiration at the same time. The green area intends to embody the benefits if nature and transmit them to the user.
