Fyndhere Services is a very young company in the industry of consumer services platforms with an aim of revolutionizing buyer/seller interaction through their Fyndhere mobile application. As a product & strategy intern with the company, my role revolved around ideating new features for the app, prototyping them, testing them and pushing them to development once approved. The company being very young in age & experience had no standard operating processes, teams, hierarchies defined; navigating through the chaos was very challenging in the beginning. But as the internship progressed, all of the interns were able to collectively agree upon & setup various guidelines for collaboration, escalation matrices etc. which gave the workplace a lot of structure and stability. With respect to my role & responsibilities, having no experienced product manager in our team to guide me on the day-to-day activities certainly caused some confusion in the beginning. But it also allowed me enough freedom to plan my own work and how I approach my deliverables making me a better performer. did my three months summer internship program from LCAS which is a risk advisory firm. It also deals in insurance as well as has a dedicated team of Certified
Financial Professional. As my field of specialization is finance, my job role was to understand the risk appetite of various potential customers in terms of their responses to certain questions which will help us to understand their mindset and the other task was to fully understand the role of a Certified Financial Professional. My company mentor was Mohan Reddy, under whom I have learned various things in the field of finance. He was really helpful whenever we were facing issues in the learning stage. Overall, doing this internship was a wonderful experience and it gave me a lot of exposure in terms of professional jobs in the financial sector.

I
My SIP with one of the leading IT firms was on a roller coaster ride. I had a chance to work with the IT support team of Marketing and Sales. Explored the cutting-edge technology involved in the automation of marketing and sales activity, lead generation techniques. I was given an opportunity to research the marketing digital transformation and build the foundation for agile content management along with the client engagements which involved requirement gathering, data mapping, and data migration. Overall it was a spiffing experience and learning opportunity with the most disciplined professionals.
Ihave done my SIP from a start-up company named ACASIA GLOBAL CONSULTING LLP. This is a reputed name in imparting corporate training and providing strategic and management consulting. Acasia knowledge management initiative is a wing of Acasia global consulting. Acasia knowledge management initiative is a wing of Acasia global consulting. module on the topic ‘Financial Statement Analysis’ which was for the consultation purpose of the company and also to increase its knowledge bank. Secondly, I researched thoroughly by going through a lot of papers, articles, news, journals to understand the research gap of my project titled An analysis of Effectiveness of working capital management of Major Indian companies. In this report detailed analysis [holistic approach] of the efficiency, components, and challenges of Working capital management of BSE 30 companies have been provided by analysing the annual reports of these companies. The reason for selecting these companies is that the clientele of our company is majorly from the banking sector, finance sector and IT consulting services.
A sample of BSE 30 companies has been chosen and the companies that are leading in the industry are considered according to the IBEF report 2021. Microsoft Excel has been used for ratio analysis purposes. This project also shows the holistic overview of WCM of 3 major industries and the impact of COVID19 on those. Also, this project tried to find the future scope of applying the problems which may help the Indian MSMEs to implement these efficiency parameters in managing their working capital.

Life at IBS
During this online environment, we all were skeptical at first whether the college will be able to keep up with the learning and challenging life that MBA offers. And after 2 months, we can say without a doubt IBS Hyderabad has exceeded all our expectations, be it the studies or the Co-curricular activities they have kept us on our toes from the beginning of the session. Club activities are an integral part of IBS Hyderabad and in spite of a hectic academic schedule they have been very engaging with all kind of events and competitions taking place. And the most interesting part is that all these clubs are run by several student bodies who manage all the activities. All the faculty members are highly qualified, knowledgeable and helpful. The course curriculum is very much aligned with the needs and demands of the industry.
About IBS Analytics Club
Coming from the diverse background, those who were interested in data research and analysis, applied for the IBS Analytics Club. The club has different verticals like marketing, operations, digital, events, matrix, editorial, networking and PR. The club interviews here are very unique testing our all-round abilities to check whether we will be a good fit in the club or not. Same happened here, the Interview process was well managed and time schedule was strictly followed. First round was a Q&A session with the seniors and along with it a task was given to us based on the vertical we were interested in, Matrix (Research Vertical) were given a task of writing an article to showcase that whether they have the qualities to be a researcher, similarly Marketing Vertical were given a task of making a unique poster and so
on.
After getting selected for the second round, we were one step closer to being a part of Analytics family, the second round was the most unique round of all, where we were given a situation and from which we were supposed to make a storyline. It was an activity being shared between five people and we all were supposed to make our own story impromptu
