Domestic Dishwashers Training Designed for: Miele Service Partners

Start time: 09:00

Finish time: 16:00

Aim:

This course will provide participants with excellent technical training for G6000 series freestanding and integrated products. Using practical exercises, the course will cover fault finding, exchanging components and programming. Faults will be analysed and remedied, and application technology will be discussed. Practical classes will alternate with theory classes.

Objectives:

After successful completion of the course, participants can repair, service and maintain these machines.

Aim:

This course will provide participants with installation training for Laundry, Dishwashers, Ovens, Hobs, Steam Ovens, Combi Steam Ovens, Coffee Machines and Cooker Hoods. Using practical exercises, the course will cover freestanding and built-in products. Practical classes will alternate with theory classes.

After successful completion of the course, participants can install these machines.

Aim:

This course will provide participants with basic technical training for fridges, freezers, fridge freezers and wine conditioning units. Experienced Service Partners that are basic Refrigeration Controls trained.

Domestic Miele Software Application Training Designed for: Miele Service Partners

Duration: 8 Hours

Aim:

After successful completion of the course, participants can navigate Miele software in all areas including Technical Documents (TSD), Spare Parts (ETD), Wiring Diagrams (WDA), Miele Diagnostic Unit (MDU) and Learning Management System (LMS).

Objectives:

This course will provide participants with excellent technical training on the software provided by Miele to find the required information to repair an appliance. Using practical exercises, the course will cover fault codes, identifying components, service and programming modes, wiring diagrams, the Miele Diagnostic Unit software and the Learning Management System (LMS eLearning).

Methods of training and evaluation:

This course will provide participants with basic technical training for Gas Hobs. Using practical exercises, the course will cover fault finding and exchanging components. Faults will be analysed and remedied, Incorrect installation and use will be covered along with correct procedures for isolation and disconnection of gas supplies.

Objectives:

After successful completion of the course, participants can repair, service and maintain these machines.

Target Group:

Service and repair work on gas units are covered by various regulations and legal requirements and may only be carried out by Miele Inducted Gas Safe qualified persons.

Step 01 Open an internet browser and visit ‘learning.miele.com’. Select ‘Miele company LTD’ from the dropdown menu, then select ‘UK English’ from the following dropdown.

Step 02 Click the ‘Please click here to log in’ link. Using your ‘GB000’ number and password given, please login.

Step 03 To view the training courses Miele are offering please click on the 3 dash ‘menu’ icon. Next click ‘catalog’ then the ‘Browse Product Training’ link.

Step 04 Click on the category which corresponds to your company. Here you will be able to see what courses Miele are offering, these will change throughout the year.

Step 05 Next click ‘Show Classes’. Here you can see the details of the course. To see more detail please click on the red title of the course.

Step 06 To enroll click on show classes and then the “Enroll” button.

Step 07 Next, check the details, ticking the appropriate boxes then click “Enroll Now”.

Step 08 If you wish to enroll an employee go back to the class in which you wish to enroll the employee on.

Step 09 Click to show the available classes. Next click the dropdown for “Enroll” and select the “Enroll Employee” option.

Step 10 Now select the employee you wish to enroll by clicking on their username.

Step 11 Check the details and then click enroll now.
