General Guidelines:

Morning arrival: Classes begin at 07:50 sharp. The first bell rings at 1. 07:35 for students to line up andThe school day beginning & ending timings and procedures will be as per the below table: get ready for class. For KG: • Classes begin at 07:50 and end at 14:25 every day • Fridays and Saturdays are off For Grades 1 through 8: • Every day consists of 7 periods • Every period is 50 minutes long • There are two breaks during the day (from 10:20 to 10:45 & from 12:25 to 12:45) • Classes end at 14:25 • Busses move at 14:45 • Fridays and Saturdays are off For Grades 9 through 12: • Every day consists of 7 periods • Every period is 50 minutes long • There is one break during the day (from 11:10 to 11:55) • Classes end at 14:25 • Busses move at 14:45 • Fridays and Saturdays are off 2. All students are required to enter from Gate 1 if they arrive after 7:50 (Monday – Thursday) & after 7:40 (Friday). 3. At the end of the school day, gates will close at 3:00 (Monday – Thursday) & at 12:30 (Friday). 4. Regarding parents, guardians or visitors who enter the school premises including those dropping off and picking up younger children, we will provide you with the required health measurements once we receive them from the authorities. 5. Parents of students who are registered in the bus service are requested to drop off their children on the 1st day of school in the morning. They will be dropped off by bus at the end of the day. 6. Gr.5 to 12 students will exit the campus on their own. 7. We recommend that parents of Gr.5 to 12 girls & boys stay inside their cars while waiting for their children to exit.
