The Story Amplifii began nearly 35 years ago as a presort mail company. Many of our flagship customers are still with us today. Through these strong partnerships, we have been able to grow from within and expand our service model, by increasing the amount, and type of business we do with our current customers. What began in 1982, has grown to the full-scale print, fulfillment, promotional marketing, apparel, and e-commerce company that we are today. As one of the largest promotional marketing companies in the southeast, and now with an arm in the custom made corporate and uniform apparel business, through our acquistiont of OOBE, we can provide a full range of products and services to our customers.

Intelligent Mail Barcoding/Track ‘N Trace Each barcode is matched with a unique serial number tied to every piece of mail. The barcode identifies: Service Type Mailer Mailing address Each time the barcode is read a “trailer” record is generated. This record shows: Facility Date/Time Wheather or not item has been put out for delivery

Drop Shipping

Drop shipping refers to sending mail directly to the USPS facility that processes the mail for a given area, rather than mailing it all at the North Metro Georgia Facility, and then allowing the USPS to transport the mail to the distant processing facility.

Additional Discounts

Using programs developed by Amplifii, we analyze the concentration levels from USPS’ delivery statistics tables to determine whether or not the job is a candidate for additional postage discounts offered by USPS.

Case Study The Y’s New Apparel Challenge The challenge for this YMCA and many others is to find a staff apparel option that brings brand consistency amongst the branches, let’s the members easily find the staff on the floor, outfit every employee at all levels in a professional, quality and comfortable uniform and to achieve it all with limited funds. The YMCA had struggled with brand consistency across all branches. The YMCA Members needed to be able to easily find the Y staff on the floor. The YMCA had a very limited budget.

Solution When a YMCA comes to Amplifii with the hopes of everything mentioned below but no budget to back the upgrade in staff apparel needed to achieve it, we always provide them examples of long term vs. short term cost analysis savings. While they may pay more upfront for a polo that has all the bells and whistles mentioned above, replaced 4 times p/year because of the poor quality ends up costing the branch more than a $25 polo that is replaced once per year. Also, typical wear on apparel has a lot to do with the user. If an employee takes pride in what they wear, they will care for it better. Thus, a better-looking staff!

Results Not every Y puts emphasis and priority on the look of the staff. Those that do, however, know the value it brings to the staff and to its members. Most of the time they already know this is the direction they want to go but just need some real examples in other Y’s where it works. The Y may have to move a few things around in the budget to cover the uniform “transition” but everything evens out for them in the end. The result is a good-looking staff who are easily recognized by its members and who look good while they do good.

Case Study Greenway Health’s New One-Stop Shop Challenge Get in-stock company apparel as well as promotional items out of headquater’s storage closets. While also having a secure and automated way to distribute said apparel and promotional items to the outside sales representatives in a timely manner. The ordering system needed to be available to internal employees as well as customers and partners. Streamline the convention/tradeshow logistics along with lower pricing on solutions for product and promotions used at events.

Solution Through a collaborative effort with their marketing team, we have produced www.greenwaypromotional.com effectively solving the first challenge. Through secure website accounts, the site offered user groups access to certain items pertaining to what you qualify for. The site also functions as an alternative distribution solution for extra show giveaways. The second challenge was tackled in collaboration with Greenway’s Client Services team. Utilizing our fulfillment program we are able to store all items required for events, handle the logistics with the carriers, communicate with the convention centers, be on-hand for set-up, and provide personnel for the customer facing store at events.

Results Greenway’s website is a one-stop for all the marketing resources of the sales force, company personnel, and their channel partners. Orders flow through our automated systems and are shipped quickly, even to make specific events that need to be expedited. There is no need to store an abundance of product at headquarters and their personnel are able to choose from a large array of apparel, accessories, bags, hats, and print collateral all in one place. For client services, they no longer have to spend time preparing attendee items or spend money and time on rental trucks. We house the product, put together the show packets and kits, palatalize it all, and make sure it is accurate and on time. By managing the customer facing store for them at events, they are able to get their logo items into the hands of their consumers, as well as having proceeds to cover the cost of the event. All without sacrificing a single team member to run the on-site store.


Case Study Aaron Rents Direct Mail Campaign Challenge Aaron Rents, an Electronics and Furniture Sales and Rental national sales group, wanted to increase sales through a direct mail advertising campaign.

Solution We gathered information from Aaron Rents about their current customers. By doing some very sophisticated and directed analysis of their current data base we came up with their ideal client demographic. With that information in hand, we created a new customer data base for direct mail solicitations. We printed and mailed the series of cards to this new data base.

36 buyers returned merchandise. We did not count buyers that returned merchandise.
