As a young person, navigating your way through life and the complexities of reaching adulthood can be difficult. Here at Ampleforth Abbey, you are welcome to pause, give yourself space, and find spiritual nourishment away from the everyday.

Enjoy living at a peaceful monastery in the idyllic countryside and reflect on who you are and your future ahead. You are invited to take part in the Divine Office, our daily round of prayer, or focus on your university studies in our library. Feel free to explore our grounds at your leisure and unwind amidst nature across our land and lakesides.
