FAMILY SELFSUFFICIENCY PROGRAM The Family Self-Sufficiency program works every day to help motivate individuals and families fulfill their goals, which ultimately leads to financial independence. In 2021, we saw several program graduates, which demonstrates the program’s effectiveness in helping participants

reach a point of self-sufficiency. Talisha Johnson, a 2021 graduate, was able to buy and pay off a new car, go to school to pursue her passion in health care and get a new job, among many other personal goals that she accomplished.

HUD WAIVERS

There were a total of 29 FSS program graduates in 2021, who received a combined total of $153,919.76 distributed in escrow funds. 24
