JOBS PLUS PROGRAM In 2021, the Jobs Plus Program at Summit Lake was fully implemented. Jobs Plus is a program offered at the Reach Opportunity Center, with the purpose of providing residents at six properties with various resources and opportunities to build on specialized skills and to offer career path support. Ultimately, the goal is to help individuals in presenting themselves as being marketable to prospective

employers. Pictured are two AMHA maintenance employees who spoke to a group of women at a Jobs Plus luncheon. They shared their experiences of being women working in the carpentry and building trades industry, which inspired other women to consider this career path.
