PS Students
Home room teachers or the Assistant Teacher reviews the list of students enrolled shared by the Development Office and takes these students to the Pre School activity bus that brings them to the Upper (ES) Building where the activities are taking place. The Extracurricular teachers, a nanny, and a member of the DEVO staff wait for the students in the bus area and walk with them to the assigned area or classroom.
ES Students

However, in case of recurrence, a $15 fine will be charged for each day, which will be added to the monthly cost the following month.

Los maestros de grupo o el asistente revisan la lista de estudiantes inscritos, la cual es compartida por la Oficina de Desarrollo, y llevan a estos estudiantes al autobús de actividades de Preescolar que los transporta al Edificio de Primaria (ES), donde se llevan a cabo las actividades Los maestros de actividades extracurriculares, una niñera y un miembro del personal de DEVO esperan a los estudiantes en el área del autobús y los acompañan al área o salón asignado
Estudiantes de Primaria (ES)
Los maestros de grupo o el asistente revisan la lista de estudiantes inscritos, compartida por la Oficina de Desarrollo, y llevan a estos estudiantes al área verde para reunirse con sus maestros de actividades extracurriculares Un miembro del personal de DEVO estará presente, junto con los diferentes maestros. Después de las dos primeras semanas, los estudiantes de grados superiores de Primaria suelen ir caminando desde su salón hasta el área asignada.

Notas importantes:
● Los padres de Pre Kínder deben encargarse del transporte de sus hijos a la escuela si los inscriben en actividades que inicien a las 2:30 p m
● Los estudiantes de Pre K inscritos en Gimnasia permanecerán en el edificio de Preescolar y serán transportados en autobús al edificio de Primaria Los estudiantes deberán ser recogidos en el estacionamiento frente a la clínica PorSalud de Primaria al mediodía.
● La clase de Jiu-Jitsu de Pre-K se llevará a cabo en la cancha de Preescolar y los estudiantes deberán ser recogidos ahí a las 12:00 p.m.
● Para algunas actividades puede ser necesario usar ropa deportiva o traer un cambio de ropa. Los estudiantes de Preescolar inscritos en actividades deportivas pueden asistir con el uniforme de Educación Física esos días. Los estudiantes de Primaria asisten con el uniforme escolar y se cambian en los baños de ES
● Los días de salida temprano no habrá clases extracurriculares ya que los maestros tienen capacitaciones que atender en ese horario
Recogida de estudiantes:
● Centro de Artes Escénicas (PAC), Estacionamiento del tercer piso: 3:45 p m –4:00 p.m. (Piano, Estudio de Voz, Musical, Club de Cocina, Banda de 5º grado, Batería, Violín, Guitarra)
