Jennifer specializes in motivational speaking, communication skills, organizational effectiveness and training, and is a speaking skills coach. She formerly worked as a journalist, interviewing hundreds of people including Orson Welles, Dick Cavett, Muhammad Ali and Senator Ted Kennedy. She is the author of three books on reaching potential.
