TERMS
All orders are accepted under the following terms: 1. OFFICIAL BOARD OF EDUCATION purchase order: net 30 days 2. OFFICIAL SCHOOL or ASSOCIATED STUDENT BODY PO: net 30 days 3. BAND FUND: Full payment with order 4. BAND PARENTS CLUBS: Full payment with order 5. DRUM CORPS: Full payment with order 6. TELEPHONE ORDERS: With above PO –– net 30 days 7. Any personal orders must be prepaid by credit card, money order or cashiers check. All purchase orders must be signed by authorized person: Superintendent of Schools, Purchasing Agent or Principal. In stock items will be shipped within 24 hours after order is approved. Special order and custom orders will take 2 to 6 weeks. . . Allow longer delivery time during rush season. CUSTOM ORDER MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR RETURNED. ANY ITEM MANUFACTURED FOR CUSTOMER IS CONSIDERED CUSTOM. No order for quantities less than minimum items listed will be accepted. All orders under 25.00 must be prepaid or on credit card. NO RETURNS WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION. CALL US. In the event of any problem with goods shipped including damaged items, missing items, duplicate shipments or questions of color, size, etc. . . .CALL AMERICAN BAND ACCESSORIES, LLC. If a product is damaged, save all shipping papers and cartons and notify shipper –– THE CARRIER IS RESPONSIBLE. For problems other than damage by shipper: Notify American Band Accessories immediately for instructions. Goods kept longer than 30 days will result in customer keeping items and being responsible for all charges. All items returned to us (other than damage, etc.) will be subject to a restock charge of 20%. Samples are invoiced at time of shipment. Goods will be credited off if returned within 15 days. (Samples must be in the same condition as when shipped). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Samples may be ordered on a school purchase order, credit card, or prepaid by school check, cashiers check or money order. ALL IN STOCK ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS EXCLUDED. WE DO NOT HAVE FIELD REPRESENTATIVES!!!!! ALL AIR SHIPMENTS REQUIRE A SIGNATURE AND WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT A SIGNATURE.
