Welcome to Amber Lotus Peaceful greetings from your friends at Amber Lotus Publishing We’ve been publishing calendars, greeting cards, journals, books and other paper products for 25 years. Longtime friends and supporters are used to seeing these products all together in one catalog, so it is with excitement and some trepidation that we have decided to showcase calendars and non-calendar products each in their very own catalog. Our card and gift business has been growing and expanding, and we felt it was time for it to have a standalone catalog. We have an amazing lineup of new calendars this year, including Farm to Table, Tree Huggers, Lunaria and Sacred Celtic Sites. We’re also bringing back an old favorite, Hafiz, with Per Persian-inspired illuminations from Tree T ee Huggers wall calendar, page 17 Silas Toball, designer extraordinaire and co-creator of our best-selling Duirwaigh card line. LAND ART
MARTIN HILL ENVIRONMENTAL SCULPTURE Since the late 1960s, artists in the Land Art movement have been creating art in nature, composed primarily of the natural elements available at hand. Materials such as rocks, leaves and water are the medium, and the terrain is the canvas. Intentionally impermanent, these works are created and then left to change, erode and eventually be reclaimed by the elements.
