Q: How long have you been a member of Omega?
A: I have been with Omega since the summer of 2013.

Q: Why did you join Omega?
A: I worked with Barry, Greg, and Kirk at JSC and hoped I would be a good asset to their new organization.
Q: What do you love most about Omega?
A: “The people,” I really love the people of Omega Construction.
Q: What is one thing you have learned in the last month?
A: My home is not the same without a German Shepard, RIP Hunter. Tucker, welcome home!
Q: What’s something about you few people know?
A: I was named Lawrence James McMorrow after my brother, James Lawrence McMorrow, who passed away.
Q: How long have you been a member of Omega?
A: I have been with Omega since 2007.
Q: Why did you join Omega?
A: I joined Omega because a professor at Appalachian State University encouraged me to try commercial construction. I have been with Omega ever since.
Q: What do you love most about Omega?
A: What I love most about Omega is the people and the family atmosphere that has been created.
Q: What is one thing you have learned in the last month?
A: One thing I learned in the last month is that cross-laminated timbers can be used as an alternative for hollow core flooring in hotels instead of concrete.
Q: What’s something about you few people know?
A: I have 12 children.
