Human Resources Update

Our 2023 Annual Project Manager and Superintendent Meeting was held earlier this year in February at the Masonic Center in Winston Salem. We had our best turnout ever with over 90 employees in attendance. If you were unable to attend or would like to review, the recording of the annual meeting can be found on the Intranet/ Employee Portal.

We are still looking for great people to add to the Omega family and have been hot on the recruiting trail, attending events at Appalachian State, Georgia Southern, East Carolina, Wake Tech, and UNC-Charlotte. The resource center includes:

• 4-minute video on plan rules and plan highlights

• Link to Empower 401k website with participant hotline, in case of website-related questions

• Link to schedule a one-on-one meeting with me or someone on my team

• There is also a “Rollover Instructions” document that provides employees with a step-by-step process on how to rollover funds, as well as Empower Rollover Team contact information

• Several quick videos about budgeting, how to save, diversification, etc.
