Dear Friends and Beloved brethren,
Another year has passed and now, we are entering into another year of grace for His Church [AGMC]. Truly, the Lord have done great things last year and our hearts are filled with joy. We experienced the amazing and great works of God on our 2nd year and we are more excited to see more of His Great and Amazing works in His Church AGMC, on its 3rd year. On our 2nd year, we were so overwhelmed with joy because AGMC Japan gave birth of a church in the Philippines (AGMC Philippines International) headed by Pastor Judy Lumasa . Secondly, we finally received our long standing prayer to have a Mission House. To think about how it happened is really a miracle and a manifestation of His amazing grace. Another grace that we had seen are the supply of people, whom God has chosen long time ago to be part in building His Church, AGMC, so that we can effectively and powerfully do the Mission as one body. As we face another year of grace from God, we are expectant of a greater manifestation of God’s EXTRAVAGANT LOVE AND GRACE in the Church, AGMC. We could hear the CHEERERS in heaven saying, “GRACE UPON GRACE, BLESSING UPON BLESSINGS, FAVOR UPON FAVOR, AND VICTORIES UPON VICTORIES BE UPON YOU AS YOU HOLD FAST TO THE FAITH.” Let us join with the angels and the Heroes of faith as they SHOUT THE NAME OF JESUS! HE IS THE LAMB OF GOD WHO TAKES AWAY THE SINS OF THE WORLD. HIS NAME IS FAITHFUL AND TRUE. THE BEGINNING AND THE END, THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS, THE EXPRESSION OF GOD’S LOVE, THE GRACE OF GOD. Our hopes are high because God who called us is faithful and true. We believe that the God who begun the good work will be faithful to complete it until the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us always look up to Jesus as the cornerstone and foundation of His Church, AGMC. Let us live in His amazing and extravagant love and grace because only as we trust in His Great love for us that He can do His great works in us and through us. Mark 5:34-36, He said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering." While Jesus was still speaking, some men came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue ruler. "Your daughter is dead," they said, "Why bother the teacher anymore?" ignoring what they said, Jesus told the synagogue ruler "Don't be afraid; just believe." This story teaches us a very vital lesson on faith. Almost all has faith today but not all faith wins. How to have faith that wins? Here's the description of a faith winners. First, Faith that wins is Dead to Doubt - v21-23 explains that Jairus has no doubt of Jesus availability and no doubt of child's recovery even thought the reporters from his household says that his daughter is dead already yet the father just believe what Jesus said "Don't be afraid, just believe" and his faith wins simply because its dead to doubt. Second, Faith that wins are Dumb to Discouragement v24-35. Even though Jesus was delayed by the people, and later disturbed by the bleeding woman. Even though discouraged by his friends not to bother the teacher anymore, yet Jairus never got discouraged by all these circumstances but consistently believe on Jesus. Third, Faith that wins is blind to impossibilities v35-40. In spite of reporting that the child is dead, in spite of wailing by the people in the household. In spite of laughing of visitors when Jesus said, she is just sleeping. Yet the father's faith is blind to impossibilities, he knows nothing but success - v41-43. Although the faith was tested but his faith was also because the miracles take place. Many people settle to be a loser today, but let's have faith that wins no matter what. Maybe you're in various challenges and great need today, please remember that Jesus is able and available for you today. How much do you need?...it depends, as far as your faith can believe. If you believe on Jesus, He is wiling to reach you wherever you are. Let's pray that God will increase our fatih. Faith that is dead to doubt, dumb to discouragement, blind to impossibilities, and faith that knows nothing but success. Remember: winner never quit and quitters never win. When the going gets tough, the tough gets going. Don't give up. Have faith that wins. Let God's extreme grace be upon AGMC congregation as you live by faith that wins in celebrating your 3rd Church Anniversary this Spetember 2, 2012 with the Sheperding leadership of Rev. A real-‐life story of a father’s love for his children that will blessed you. If our father here on earth will do anything no matter what it takes to provide the needs of his children, how much more our Father who is in heaven give good things to you.
I am Myrna Iku of Anjo City here in Japan. I just want to share the story of my father that touched my heart.

He gave him no choice but to walk through that long dark alley late at night. While he was walking home, the Lord reminded him once again in Jeremiah 33:3, "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know". So he prayed, "Oh Lord Jesus, guide me and light my path. Give us the abundant life that my family needs. I surrender everything to you Lord. Amen" I was deeply moved by my father's story, how he sacrificed everything for us. If our father here on earth will do anything no matter what it takes to provide the needs of his children, how much more our Father who is in heaven give you the things more than this world could offer. He is indeed the Father of all creation. I encourage you my fellow brethren to surrender first our life to him and our God will faithfully and abundantly provide our needs.
Sometimes, it took him until late night to sell all the cooked food over the town. One late night, after my father sold the food, while carrying all the big pots and rice. He thought maybe he could hitch to a passby truck so he could get home. So he signaled one of the truck that made the driver to pull over. "Can you give me a ride into your truck. I will getoff to the next town?", my father asked. "I will give you this cooked food as an exchange.", he added. But he failed. Instead, the truck driver shouted at him, "What good could your cooked food can do for me?!", and then the driver left him. My father was humiliated. But the Lord comforted him with His promised in Matthew 6:31-33 says, "So don't worry about having enough food or drink or clothing. Why be like the pagans who are so deeply concerned about these things? Your heavenly Father already knows all your needs,

Testimonies of God's Amazing Grace "Saving Grace"
I saw a big change in my life. I noticed that I go to church regularly to listen for the Word and to have fellowship with other believers. Before, I was short-tempered to my co-workers. I always throw things and shout at them. That's how terrible my attitude was. I always get mad and irritated especially when there's machine trouble. I am also the one they call if they wanted for me to fix something. That makes me more angry.

But when I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour and get to know more about Him, I noticed that something changed in my life especially my attitude. Now, I don't get mad even I have so many work loads. I don't feel heaviness anymore. And I learned to count my blessings and give thanks to the Lord for the opportunities and the blessings of having some things to do. I thank the Lord for the job He has given me.
Happy 3rd anniversary Amazing Grace Mission Church. I am happy that I can be a part and be able to participate in this very special event. I am Janeth Nakamura, and I would like to share how I encountered God through AGMC. I feel so lonely living alone here in Japan especially when I don't have work. But one day a sister called me on the phone and invited me to go to church and if we could attend a service in AGMC. At first I didn't wanted to go. But because I can not say no to her invitation, it made me no choice but to go with her to that church. When we came to the church, I don't know exactly what to do and how to act appropriately, so I just watch the other attendees and do the same thing. I just go with the flow. Until Pastor Gilbert started to preach. I was touched by every words he had spoken. I can't help but cry. And at that instant I asked the Lord for forgiveness of my sins. So right then, I always go to church to attend worship service every Sunday.
My prayer:
“Oh Dear God, I want to give all the thanks and honor for the gift of wisdom that you've given me. I beleive that you gave me this knowledge for a reason. You gave each of us a unique gifts to use it for your glory. And through this encounter with you, I realized how awsome and good You are. I want to know more about You Jesus and use me for Your Kingdom. Thank you that You have chosen me to serve You. I thank You for the people you've used for me to know You. Now I've never felt alone and lonely. And now I have peace of my mind. And fixed my relationship towards other. Thank You so much Jesus."

The question is, “Is it hard to obey the Lord”? Yes, it is hard to obey through our own strength. But thanks to God, we can obey through the help of the Holy Spirit that gives us the desire to do His will. Thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ for establishing AGMC and for continuous provision for the growth of His Kingdom. We pray for another year of God’s goodness and faithfulness upon this church. May this church continue to be an instrument to advance the Kingdom of God according to His purpose. To God be the glory!
Through this church, the Lord allowed us to appreciate Him more and more by acknowledging His authority over our lives and to uphold the best gift ever given. He's not the god that I thought: awaits you to do mistake and punish you for that. He's not santa clause, like the song goes: 15
"Jesus Take the Wheel"

I am Tessie Simangan. The mother of Tess Suzuki. I would like to share to you the goodness of our God in my life and how He amazingly answered my prayer. For the reason I can not leave my daughter who is a working mom and my three grandchildren that are still studying, I stayed here in Japan as an illegal alien for about 10 years to look after them. But one day, me and my daughter decided that we should get a Visa to legalize my stay here in Japan but didn't know where to start. That's the time the Lord made a way to make it happen. A situation that we didn't expected to be the way to answer our prayer. One day, when I was in my home, an immigration officer visited us in

our place. They kindly asked me to come with them for an interrogation. And all things followed. Eventhough I was detained in the immigration, the Lord didn't allowed me to stay there for a long period time. The Lord gave the right people to help us for my Visa application. And with the help of prayers from our Pastors and other brethren at AGMC family, I was given a valid Visa in about a month! For a short period of time that I stayed in the immigration office in Nagoya, He showed His grace upon me. And right then, I gave up my life to Jesus. I decided to give the wheel to the Lord and let Him drive my life. Truly that when you are with the Lord, He will make your path straight and give you life that will glorify His name. For my brother's and sister in the Lord, I encourage you that whatever battle, trials, even in blessings and victory in our lives there is only ONE that we need to give thanks and hold onto, the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour!
"Thank You for the Cross"
By Mary Ishikawa & Family First, I wanted to praise and give thanks to our Lord Jesus Christ for all the good things He has done in my life. Since 1990, I became a born-again Christian. I received Him and let Him in to my heart. But right then, I was under the Law. I thought that through your works and following all the written law by all your might will save you. Yes, I have faith in Christ Jesus, but I never thought that the kind of faith that I had before were wrong. I love the Lord, but I couldn't expressed it enough through my life, because I know I still sin. Until there was a time that my love for the Lord grew cold. I lost my faith. But despite of my imperfections and weaknesses, the Lord showed how faithful He is. He never leave me. I felt the love of the Lord for me. He always knocks at the door of my heart but I kept on ignoring it.

Until I watched the video "We Are the Reason", where He was being beaten, nailed on the cross and hang there until his own weight suffocates him. He was crucified and persecuted because of the things that He didn't do. I can't help but cry. I just felt the pain he suffered to pay for our sins. Through this, I was draw back to Him once again. I started to seek Him. So I called one of our sisters in the Lord and ask if she can introduce a good church that I can attend for a worship service. So she introduced AGMC to me. The first time I attended AGMC, I decided to continue my walk with the Lord. And through AGMC, my faith was restored. And I learned that He has a good plan for each and everyone who trust Him. My spiritual life grew more, my faith becomes stronger and now directed to the right path. And through all these situation that came to my life, I realized that my faith in Him showed me how marvelous our God is. I started to experience miracles and supernatural blessings. My family and I would like to say thank you to our beloved Pastors. To Pastor Gilbert, for being an instrument that helped me understand the true meaning of God's love. And to Pastora Jane for your understanding and prayers. To God be the Glory, all the Honor and Praise..AMEN!

My Purpose

I should still be thankful to Him for all the victory, trials, happy days, and also for all those painful things that God allowed to happen and the things that yet to happen. Because I believe that whatever circumstances it turned out to be, He's always good to me. For the past eight months, God allowed something to happen for me to uncover His purpose. I was assigned to be an associate pastor in Butuan. But an unexpected incident happened. Time came when the resident pastor assigned in Butuan left with his family and leave the ministry for unknown reason. Our head pastor asked me if I could take over and handle the ministry. It was a great privilege for me I thought, so I accepted the assignment. During my first weeks of my new assigned ministry, another unexpected thing happened. My four-year boyfriend left me to be with another woman. This event led my spiritual fall, thus affecting the ministry.
I prayed to God to send me far away with the things that remind me of this painful experience. I asked Him if He would allow sending me to Japan. And God answered my prayer. At first, due to my selfish pride, I wanted to be with the Lord in Heaven. However, I believe that He still has greater purpose for me that need to be accomplished. How great is the Lord and I’m very thankful to the Lord that through AGMC Japan, my first love has returned to Him. One day, Pastor Jane asked me if I want to do ministry here in Japan, but I replied that if that’s the will of the Lord, then I would. But the truth was, I didn’t really like to take it for I still have ministry left in the Philippines. I prayed for His guidance. Until one day, He put the desire to me to minister here in Japan. During our retreat in Mikkabi, Shizuoka at 2:00AM of August 15, 2012, the Holy Spirit didn’t let me to fall asleep. Even though I’m physically tired, I couldn’t ignore the presence of the Lord. I rose from the bed and kneel down on the altar. I was overjoyed! The presence of the Lord embraced me. I cried a great deal for

He said to my heart, “You are very precious to Me”. So, I asked Him about His purpose to me and why am I here in Japan. I asked Him to give me a Word. The morning of the next day, I didn’t expected to receive answer from the Lord immediately. Pastor Gilbert and Pastora Jane wrote Bible verses in a small sheet of papers. We prayed for it and during that time, I recalled my question to the Lord, so I asked Him again, “Do You want to talked with me through this way?”. Upon putting the papers on the chairs, the Lord told me to get the last one. Among the five persons who came and get ahead of me, no one picked the last one, and so I took it. I was surprised on what was written: The Lord had said to Abram, “Go from your country, your people and your father’s household to the land I will show you. “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you. ” – Genesis 12: 1-3 That was it! And I thank God for that confirmation. Even for the others, the
sverses they’d got were all matched with the current hardships they were encountering. It was so amazing and all were blessed during that activity. The Lord made me realized that my painful break-up didn't cause me to lose but to gain something. Now I'm enjoying the benefits of being single. And I know I am complete with the love of God that overwhelms me. I am so blessed because I know the Lord will use me mightily for His Kingdom. I thank God for AGMC Family for the Lord used them to know my purpose. I know that it will not be an easy task to reach the perspective of the Lord for me but I should not be afraid for He is with me all the time. I thank God for giving me the desire and passion to step on what He wanted for me to do. I’m glad for now I have "The One", whom is incomparable on neither person nor things in this world. He is my Father, our Savior JESUS CHRIST. Amen

Thoughts For Living: One of the most unrealized promises of the New Testament is found in Colossians 2:10, when Paul boldly announced to those struggling believers, “You are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power”. A believer should never feel a sense of lack. It should not rule and govern our emotions and daily lives, it is the works or fruit of the flesh or sinful nature. As a believer and a child of God, we should feel complete and whole. We should never be driven by the feeling and sense of lack. No matter how real those feelings may be, no matter how undeserving we feel, it is not the TRUTH! Since the Garden of Eden, man has been connected to the sense of lack. This emotion has been brought about by the sinful and carnal nature since Adam and Eve sinned at the garden of Eden. It is the feeling of lack that leads us to make desperate decisions that take us still farther away from our only true source of complete fulfillment which is JESUS OUR GREAT PROVIDER & OUR ALL IN ALL. As a result, this sense of lack leads us to negative emotions that further leads us pain and even sin.

Thoughts For Living: Jesus said, I am the Way, the Truth. And the Life; no one comes to the Father except through me. In this passage, God is telling us the Way, the Truth, and Life is Jesus himself..The only Truth that will save us is the TRUTH about the unconditional love of God expressed in the death of our Lord Jesus Christ for the redemption of humanity. In my early Christian life , I thought that to be a good follower or disciple of the Lord Jesus is by keeping the Law or to be obedient from all the commandments of God.In addition, I believe that to be acceptable before God I really have to live a life of sacrifice, to suffer for Christ at any cost to do His will. Wherever I go , I would preach the gospel of salvation. I did preached in funerals, hospitals, prison, in our community,and in our university. At the peak of my youth ,I entered the Fulltime Ministry because I thought this is the best thing to do with my life. While in the Ministry for more than 20 years, honestly my life is lonely, no real peace and joy, guilty and condemned with my failures and shortcomings. Furthermore, I became critical, judgmental with others and myself. Honestly, I did not enjoy serving in the Ministry but I think I have to do it anyway because it is my cross. Praise God! He saved me from my wretched condition. God open the door so we could go to Japan as a Missionary, and here in Japan, the Holy Spirit open our eyes to the TRUTH about the wonderful and amazing love and grace of God.

We have learned from our Lord Jesus that the gospel and truth that we believe before are not the true gospel but a different gospel. My knowledge about God before is very different from the true nature of God. The Jesus that we know before is a different Jesus. Yes, Jesus is the Truth. Because in Christ God expressed His EXTRAVAGANT LOVE for us. 1 John 4:9 God demonstrate how much he loved us by sending his one and only son into the world so that we might have eternal life through Him. This is the True Gospel, The Gospel is about the wonderful grace of God ( Acts 20:24, But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus—the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.) Knowing the TRUTH about God’s great love for me has set me free from condemnation and guilt and has brought life and peace. As I continue to commune with God and learn more of His love for me and other people then I have also learn to be gracious to others. So in our walk with God, let us come to Him with an expectation that God is always longing to pamper us with His great love, goodness, and grace. In prayer ask the Holy Spirit to reveal to you personally how valuable and precious you are and other people in the sight of God. Furthermore, ask God to reveal His good, pleasing and perfect will in your life [ your assignment]. Let God inspire and encourage you always. We need to immerse ourselves in the constant and unchanging love that God has toward us, because what God enjoys much is to love us. In fact, the reason Jesus came is because God love us so much. The scripture says this love is EXTRAVAGANT which means, “going beyond what is reasonable or doing much more is necessary,” Ephesians 3:19.. May you experience the love of Christ though it is too great to understand fully, then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. So in order to experience the fullness of the life and power that comes from God we need to continue believing and living in God’s unconditional love for us. Many Christians have been deceive that in order to receive blessings, favors, acceptance and power or anointing from God they have to keep all the commandments [whether biblical or self-imposed] but that is not the way of God. The law only shows us how sinful we are, but it has no power with our battle against sin. Romans 3:20 Living by the law only brings guilt, condemnation, curse and death. Galatians 3:10,2 Cor.3:6,9,Romans 3:19 BUT LIVING IN GOD’S LOVE BRINGS LIFE, PEACE,JOY, FAVORS, AND BLESSINGS. Decide today to believe in God’s great love for you and live on it forever… 33

I repent from my sinful life. Please forgive me. I put my trust in You. I believe that You died for me. I put my trust in You. I believe that You died for me, You took my sin upon Yourself when You died on the cross. I believe that You raised from the dead, And gave me eternal life. I surrender my life to You Lord Jesus today. Thank You, for Your gift of forgiveness and eternal life. I will live for You and for Your Glory”. Amen
