The Group Programme is available for Europe, Egypt, Africa & Asia sailings. Group discounts are per person, group deposits are €50 per stateroom (€25 per person, based on Double Occupancy). The Group Programme is available for groups between 5 – 20 staterooms. Group Promotion Validity will be advised at the time of group offer confirmation. The €200 Group Discount will be valid for the entirety of the Group Booking period. Complimentary Berth: Earn one (1) berth (credit) for every nine (9) full fare guests booked; credit applies to the 10th berth. Tour Conductor Credit can be applied as a credit to the voyage fare on one or more of the group’s bookings. Tour conductor credit can also be applied to the group as additional commission. If paid as additional commission, the amount will be paid on a net basis and paid after the cruise departs. Tour Conductor Credits for Asia, Egypt and Africa sailings may differ, please ask for more details. Air, land, hotel and transfers can be purchased at an additional cost. Single guests count as one guest, while 3rd and 4th guests sharing a stateroom are not counted. A maximum of 2 Singles are applicable at prevailing published single supplement. Additional Singles are on request. FAM rate and/or Tour Conductor berth staterooms do not qualify as full paying guests. Complimentary private excursion coach is available for groups with 35 or more guests, with all guests taking the same excursion. Group Benefits are not combinable with current promotions unless otherwise specified as part of Enhanced Group Discounts. All other savings and promotions, such as Exclusive Sales or Flash Sales, are not combinable with the group programme.
