OUR STORY AmaWaterways was founded in 2002 by three families, but our river cruise story began well before that. Co-Founder and President Rudi Schreiner was born in Vienna, at the heart of the Danube. In 1975, as part of a journalism assignment, he designed his first ship—a raft he took along the Amazon River. Soon thereafter, he started working in travel, creating unique tour experiences in Europe.

“There are certain experiences in life that end up drawing you down a path you had never envisioned yourself taking. My Amazon River trip made me want to help more people discover the joy of traveling through a country by river – and creating AmaWaterways with Kristin and Jimmy made this dream a reality.” – Rudi Schreiner When the Rhine-Main-Danube Canal was built in 1992, Rudi became a driving force in the river cruising industry. He later teamed up with Co-Founders Kristin Karst and Jimmy Murphy to start AmaWaterways. Born in Germany, Kristin brings extensive experience in travel, river cruising and customer service in her role as Executive Vice President. Rudi and Kristin partnered with Jimmy Murphy, a brilliant travel entrepreneur who built Brendan Vacations. His son, Gary, now carries on his father’s legacy in his role as Senior Vice President of Sales.

“Travel has been my life’s passion and my greatest source of inspiration and creativity. I am very proud of AmaWaterways’ success – it has taken grit, optimism and the insight to surround ourselves with really talented people who treat every new challenge as an opportunity to think differently and create something new that helps us stand out from the crowd.” – Kristin Karst

Land of the Gentle Giants

THE AFRICAN ELEPHANT IS THE LARGEST ANIMAL ON EARTH

THE CHOBE RIVER Stare wide-eyed as Africa’s largest population of elephants freely swim and splash about. Feel humbled as you spot the graceful giraffe bow his elongated neck to quench his thirst at a watering hole. Listen to the grunt of the rhino resting nearby, or the song of the lilac-breasted roller along with scores of buffaloes, lions, crocodiles, hippos, monkeys, baboons and over 450 bird species. This is the Chobe River, undeniably one of Africa’s most beautiful rivers, supporting a diversity and concentration of wildlife unparalleled anywhere else on the continent. The life-giving Chobe River runs through the northern part of Botswana’s Chobe National Park. Lending its name to the park itself, the Chobe River is part of the larger Cuando River, which flows through the game-rich “Four Corners” region where Namibia, Zambia, Botswana and Zimbabwe meet. From there, the Chobe eventually flows into the Zambezi River and then tumbles over the precipice at Victoria Falls. The Chobe riverfront, situated in the extreme northeast of the park, attracts an almost unbelievable density of game, especially during the dry season, from March through November, when water inland is scarce and migratory animals head towards the river.

AUTHENTIC ENCOUNTERS Known as the “Land of the Gentle Giants,” Chobe National Park offers one of the densest concentrations of wildlife, including the world’s largest elephant population. Spot a pride of lions and leopards grazing, or a pack of hyenas. Find zebras lunching on their diet of grass and twigs, or perhaps an entire herd of buffalo roaming. You may even catch a glimpse of the elusive cheetah, the world’s fastest land animal. It’s also one of the only areas one can find puku antelopes. Be treated to up-close encounters with the animals in their natural habitat while on your four-night Zambezi Queen wildlife and safari cruise. Each method of safari provides an extraordinarily distinctive perspective for wildlife viewing. Double decker barges let you venture into the smaller channels of the park, offering an unusual viewpoint to observe hippos and elephants. Driving through the park in open-top vehicles allows the safari to search a wider span and more easily follow game in motion. |

ZAMBEZI QUEEN Recognized at the World Travel Awards as “Best in Class,” an unprecedented four years in a row as well as earning the title “World’s Leading Boutique Cruise” in 2019, the Zambezi Queen offers unparalleled sophistication in one of the world’s most captivating places. Unlike a typical river cruise that travels from one port to the next, the Zambezi Queen was designed for an entirely different purpose—to facilitate optimal game viewing along the Chobe. As this floating hotel drifts along the river, animals perceive no threat and come to the water to drink and bathe, affording you an amazingly up-close view and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. The 28-passenger Zambezi Queen provides guests with all the modern-day conveniences to ensure a perfect journey. The top deck features an enclosed air-conditioned dining room, lounge and bar, as well as an open-air sun deck complete with a plunge pool. Celebrated South African designer, Jenni Button, created a classically elegant, yet contemporary interior, using understated tones that make the wildlife on the river banks the star of the show. The 14 suites, including four master suites, feature air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and a private balcony where you can enjoy unobstructed views of the river and African landscape. Wake up to the sight of an elephant drinking from the river, or watch a fish eagle take flight—all from the comfort of your own luxurious bed.

AFRICAN STORKS

FISHING & BIRD WATCHING In addition to exhilarating safaris, enjoy a range of fun experiences on your Chobe River adventure. Hook a tiger fish or one of the many bream species such as African pike, tilapia or catfish. Prefer bird watching? Since the Chobe River is home to more than 450 species, you’ll be able to spot a host of birds, including African skimmers, rock pratincoles and the African finfoot.

Bountiful breakfasts and lunches prepare you for your invigorating daily adventures, and during the evening, you will enjoy multi-course dinners. Throughout the day, be treated to complimentary South African wines, beer, local spirits, soft drinks and bottled water. During one of the nights, enjoy an African-themed dinner with traditional dishes and entertainment.

LOCAL EVENING ENTERTAINMENT

A TASTE OF AFRICA

A WARM WELCOME ON BOARD

The cuisine of a region reflects its ecosystem which in this part of Africa ranges from lush rainforests to deserts. While cruising, be treated to an African-themed dinner, combining the traditional food, music and dance of the Chobe River region. A m a Wa t e r w a y s . c a

THE VICTORIA FALLS BRIDGE CONNECTS TWO GREAT COUNTRIES, ZAMBIA AND ZIMBABWE

VICTORIA FALLS Recognized as one of the “Seven Natural Wonders of the World,” the combined height and width of Victoria Falls makes it one of the largest waterfalls in the world. The falls are a mile wide, spanning the entire breadth of the Zambezi River; and at twice the height of Niagara Falls, the spray and mists rise upwards to about 1,650 feet and can be seen from over 30 miles away. Millions of cubic liters of water crash upon the riverbed every minute. These thunderous echoes give the UNESCO World Heritage Site its local name, Mosi-oa-Tunya, which literally translates as “The Smoke That Thunders.” The roars can be heard for many miles. Forming the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia, Victoria Falls and its surrounding national parks are home to sizeable populations of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes and zebras. Vervet monkeys and baboons are also quite common, and the Zambezi River above the falls contains a large population of hippos and crocodiles. The area’s surrounding vegetation is woodland savannah, with the most notable exception being the unique rainforest immediately adjacent to the falls, which is nurtured by the spray generated by it. Rare flora for the area grow here, including ebony, pod mahogany and date palms. Vibrant rainbows are often spotted as well at both daytime and nighttime, and Victoria Falls is one of the few places in the world where this elusive evening moonbow can be seen.

DISCOVERING WATERFALLS Upon seeing Victoria Falls for the first time in 1855, Scottish missionary and explorer Dr. David Livingstone exclaimed, “No one can imagine the beauty of the view from anything witnessed in England. It had never been seen before by European eyes; but scenes so lovely they must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight.” It’s interesting to note Victoria Falls, which Livingstone named after the then-current Queen Victoria, is one of the few areas in Africa which retained its British name after gaining independence. Livingstone was an ardent abolitionist and strongly believed the slave trade could be stopped by promoting trade and Christianity in Africa. His explorations were fueled solely to get this message across to Westerners. When he died in 1873, loyal attendants transported his body thousands of miles to the coast, so he could be returned to England and buried in Westminster Abbey. CAPE GRACE HOTEL WITH TABLE MOUNTAIN IN THE BACKGROUND

SOUTH AFRICA CALLING ALL WINE LOVERS

CAPE TOWN From iconic Table Mountain to dramatic coastal roads leading to the Cape of Good Hope to the vineyards carpeting the Winelands, Cape Town offers something for everyone. The proximity to nature is a constant source of wonder in Cape Town, whether it is watching whales breach from a restaurant deck overlooking beautiful False Bay, from July through October; or seeing a veritable sanctuary of penguins in Boulders Beach—one of the few places in the world where you can get close to them. Cape Town has the oldest wine industry outside of Europe, and off the coast of Cape Town lies Robben Island, a prison to Nelson Mandela, the “Father of the Nation.” Today, it’s a museum as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

JOHANNESBURG Johannesburg is South Africa’s largest city, with a multi-cultural, cosmopolitan vibe. The city has been going through a major urban revival. Wonderful restaurants and sidewalk cafés offer virtually every type of cuisine. Glitzy shopping and art galleries in Sandton City and Nelson Mandela Square are a shopper’s paradise. There are many rewarding sites that pay homage to the great South African leader, Nelson Mandela, including the Apartheid Museum, Liliesleaf Farm, Nelson Mandela Square and the Mandela House in Soweto. Once a name synonymous with the oppression and injustice of apartheid, people are now drawn to Soweto and to the vitality of Vilakazi Street, home to Nelson Mandela and his family from 1946 to the 1990s. In fact, this is the only street in the world to have housed two Nobel Peace Prize winners, Mandela and Bishop Desmond Tutu.

AFRICAN PENGUINS

Producing over 264 million gallons of wine, South Africa is a thriving wine scene. Centuries-old wine estates in classic Cape-Dutch homesteads share their grand heritage with wine connoisseurs from all over the globe. A visit to these locations provides a truly unique opportunity to try different wines with varietals you can only find in South Africa. The approach to wine tasting here is also distinctive and special. Ever paired a cupcake with wine? Or specialty salts? Here, they often go beyond traditional European pairings. The Winelands near Cape Town are comprised of the Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl valleys and take advantage of the coastal influences of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. Stellenbosch is often considered the heart of the South African wine industry, and their many vineyards are known for red wines with terroir distinction, particularly Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinotage and Shiraz. The fortified wines produced in the Paarl Valley are terroir-driven as well. Franschhoek is known for its full-flavored white wines with noticeable acidity levels. AmaWaterways guests will visit two renowned wineries here. Get more connected to South Africa’s Cape Winelands at amawaterways.ca/connections

LEOPARDS PROTECT THEIR FOOD FROM OTHER ANIMALS BY DRAGGING THEIR PREY HIGH UP INTO THE TREES

GREATER KRUGER NATIONAL PARK The mighty roar of the lion, the powerful call of the elephant, the thunderous clap of a rhinoceros herd—the wild things are certain to be found within South Africa’s massive Kruger National Park area. All “Big Five” are represented here: lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants and buffaloes. You may also find cheetahs, spotted hyenas, wild dogs, kudu, nyala, impala, wildebeests, zebras, waterbucks, warthogs, baboons, Nile crocodiles (the world’s second largest reptile), water monitor lizards and puff adder snakes. One of Africa’s largest reserves, Kruger stretches through 7,500 square miles in northeastern South Africa and borders Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Becoming South Africa’s first National Park in 1926, Kruger has several private game reserves to explore. With over 270 animal species, 517 types of birds, 90 varieties of fish and amphibians, 2,000 kinds of plants and even bushman rock paintings, there is much to see and experience. AmaWaterways guests taking part in either the Wildlife & The Falls or Stars of South Africa itineraries will visit the private Manyeleti or Timbavati game reserves. While there are no fences between the national park and the bordering reserves, allowing wildlife to roam freely, the reserves are not accessible for day visitors, meaning you practically have the bush all to yourself for an exceptional safari experience.

THE RHYTHM OF THE SAVANNAH Life can be found everywhere throughout the long grasses and sparse vegetation of the African savannah. From massive herds of impala to lounging lions, the diversity of this region sets it apart from any other location in the world. Life changing experiences are filled with awe-inspiring sights and exhilarating encounters with the mighty animal kingdom. The rhythm of the savannah is unique, and a vast departure from everyday human life. Here, wildlife prefers to spend certain parts of the day resting, usually when the sun is at its hottest, and comes alive when the air begins to cool. The best time to experience the melodious song of the wild and to see creatures in their natural state is early in the morning or in the late afternoon and evening. It is at these times predators start their hunt, and herd animals leave the comfort of their shady resting places to seek out water and graze. Water sources are the best spots to view the natural habitat and behaviors of all African creatures, and to experience the unique dynamics between different species as they converge at these life-giving oases. GIRAFFES ARE THE WORLD’S TALLEST MAMMALS AND CAN GROW UP TO 19 FEET TALL

TANZANIA Tanzania, located in East Africa, is the land of safaris, as it is home to four of the African continent’s most renowned national parks. Each park is alive with a wild world of its own, and you’ll get to experience all four on Golden Trails of East Africa.

THE POWER OF THE SERENGETI

LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK

Every year, the Serengeti witnesses the world’s largest terrestrial mammal migration, making it one of the most impressive natural events in the world. Approximately 750,000 zebras precede over one million wildebeest and then hundreds of thousands of other game bring up the rear of the migration path, traveling over 1,800 miles. It’s a powerful sight to behold, but it’s also quite a laborious trek, which has been occurring for over a million years despite all the inherent dangers. Crocodile-infested waters and prides of lions are all potential predators. Yet so strong is the ancient instinct to move, that no drought, gorge or threat can hold them back.

Lake Manyara National Park is one of Africa’s alkaline water lakes, which attracts a vast population of water birds and a wide range of animals. The park is famous for its treeclimbing lions since there are only two lion populations in the world that can climb trees. Other animals frequently seen in the park include buffaloes, giraffes, cheetahs, monkeys, impalas and olive baboons.

The many other incredible phenomena that happen in the Serengeti include the birthing of the wildebeest calves in January and February. Some 300,000 to 500,000 calves are born in nearly synchronized birthings that all take place within a few weeks of each other.

TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK Tarangire boasts a variety of wildlife as diverse as its landscape. With four of the “Big Five” also residing within the park, except for the endangered black rhinoceros, Tarangire is home to all of Tanzania’s most iconic animals, including wildebeest, zebra, gazelle and giraffes. The park is also home to three endangered animals that can’t be found anywhere else in the country: the fringe-eared oryx, the towering greater kudu and the tiny ashy starling.

NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

Get more connected to the Serengeti and Tanzania at amawaterways.ca/connections

Often called “Africa’s Eden” and the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” Ngorongoro Crater is the largest intact caldera in the world, and offers a unique environment that has remained virtually unchanged since the dawn of time. An estimated number of 25,000 large mammals roam through this lush paradise, including the endangered black rhino, giant-tusked elephants, black-maned lions, bright-pink flamingos, white-bearded wildebeests, spotted leopards and cheetahs—among many others.

SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK The UNESCO World Heritage Serengeti spans 12,000 square miles and teems with the most magnificent wildlife, offering the most exciting and unrivaled game-viewing. It boasts a diversity of flora and fauna that is unavailable anywhere else in the world, and it has the largest population of lions in the world with more than 3,000 living in this ecosystem due in part to the abundance of prey species.

US OR THE CARRIER WHATSOEVER SHALL BE LITIGATED BY YOU INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A MEMBER OF ANY CLASS OR AS PART OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO WAIVE ANY LAW ENTITLING YOU TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. Carrier Information: For vessels flying the Swiss flag, the Carrier is AmaWaterways GmbH, an entity organized under the laws of Switzerland. For vessels in Portugal, the Carrier is DouroAzul, Sociedade Maritimo Turistica S.A, an entity organized under the laws of Portugal. For the vessel in Vietnam, the Carrier is Indochina Waterways, an entity organized under the laws of Vietnam. For the vessel in Namibia, the Carrier is Zambezi Queen Holidays PTY) Ltd, an entity organized under the laws of Namibia. For a complete and up-to-date listing of the registry and Carrier for each vessel, visit www.AmaWaterways.cz/ Carrier-Information. Deposit and Final Payment: To confirm a cruise or cruise & land reservation, we require a deposit of C$500 per person for Europe and Asia itineraries and C$3,000 per person for Africa itineraries on or before the deposit due date indicated on the confirmation. Transoceanic airline flights and packages require an additional deposit of C$450 per person for economy class or C$750 per person for business/first class flights. Certain airline tickets require non-refundable, full payment at the time of reservation. Hotel Extra Nights require a non-refundable deposit of C$50 per cabin at the time of confirmation of the hotel availability. Final payment is due no later than 90 days before the travel start date. Cancellation Charges: In the unfortunate event a participant must cancel travel, notice must be made to AmaWaterways by contacting reservations at (888) 626-1438 during normal hours. The effective date of the cancellation is the date we receive the written cancellation notice. A change in sailing date, name changes, the substitution of a participant or a reduction in the number of guests in a stateroom are treated as a cancellation in that all applicable cancellation charges apply. Cancellation charges for bookings within charter and part-charter agreements are as per the charter contract. All other cancellation charges are per-person, based on the cancellation date, as seen in the chart below. You acknowledge that your cancellation will cause us and the Carrier difficulty in selling a replacement cruise or cruise & land reservation and thus the cancellation fees described below apply regardless of whether your cruise or cruise & land reservation is resold. You agree that any losses sustained by us and/or the Carrier in the event of cancellation would be very difficult or impossible to quantify, and the cancellation fees are fair and reasonable as liquidated damages. Please contact your personal physician or local health department prior to travel for further detailed information and recommended precautionary measures. Pricing: All prices are in US dollars. In the event that a cruise fare listed, quoted or advertised through any website, printed collateral, reservations person, travel advisor or any other source is booked, but is incorrect due to an electronic error, typographical error, human error or any other error causing the fare to be listed, quoted or advertised for an amount not intended by AmaWaterways, AmaWaterways reserves the right to correct the erroneous fare by requesting the passenger to pay the correct fare intended, or by canceling the cruise. Airfares, air taxes and air surcharges quoted on your invoice or by a reservation agent are only guaranteed once airfare deposit or full payment is received by AmaWaterways. AmaWaterways reserves the right to increase prices without notice.

Prices Do Not Include: Published prices do not include airfare, vessel fuel surcharges, passport and visa fees, baggage fees, port charges and fees, travel protection, vaccinations, laundry, additional food and beverages, optional excursions, gratuities or other items or services of a personal nature. Passport and Visas: A valid passport is required for each participant. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after the scheduled return date to your home country. For travel to Asia, we require a copy of your valid passport prior to or at final payment. If not received at this time, embarkation may be denied, and cancellation penalties will apply. Guests on the Vietnam/ Cambodia Cruise & Land program must obtain a Multiple Entry Visa for Vietnam, as they will have two different points of entry into Vietnam, and a Single Entry Visa for Cambodia. Guests on the cruise only Vietnam/ Cambodia itinerary will require a Single Entry visa for Vietnam and Cambodia. For travel to Africa, a valid passport with 8 open/non-stamped pages is required. At publication time, a visa is required for a US citizen to travel to Vietnam, Cambodia, Rwanda, Tanzania and Zimbabwe (as well as numerous other countries). Non-US citizens must consult the appropriate consulates regarding visa and other document requirements. Obtaining required visas and any other required travel documentation, and assuring these are complete and correct in all ways, is the sole responsibility of each participant. We are not in a position to obtain or verify the accuracy or completeness of any participant’s visa or other required documentation and shall not be responsible or liable for delay or missed portion of any part of the itinerary or other problems resulting from the participant lacking the appropriate travel documentation. Travel Documents: Only after receipt of full payment, final travel documents (including airline confirmation information, if applicable) will be sent by regular ground delivery (US & Canada), approximately 3-4 weeks prior to departure. (Delay in final payment will delay delivery of travel documents.) Expedited delivery may be possible for an additional charge. FLIGHTS & AIRPORT TRANSFERS Flight Schedules & Airfares: AmaWaterways offers special airfares based on the flight and seat availability of contracted carriers. We are able to accept a traveler’s choice of preferred air carrier, flight schedule, and some deviations so long as the requests are made at the time of booking the airline reservation. To hold/confirm an airline reservation, the airlines require your full legal name as it appears on your passport. For contract airline fares a deposit of C$450 per person (economy class tickets) or C$750 per person (business/ first-class tickets) is required to secure the flight schedule and quoted price. Published airfare prices require full payment at the time of reservation. Once the airfare deposit or full payment is received your airline tickets will be issued and any changes will be subject to penalty if not cancelled within 24 hours of ticketing. Should the name on your airline reservation not match your passport exactly, your airline reservation will have to be cancelled, full penalties will be assessed, and your reservation will have to be recreated subject to market pricing at the time of the new reservation. Air tickets are Economy class. Upgrading to Premium Economy, Business or First Class is possible for an additional charge pursuant to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline(s). AmaWaterways guarantees upgrades for long-haul flights, but not U.S. Domestic flights, intra-Europe, intra-Asia and intra-Africa flights. Upgrades may not be possible when an air carrier changes the schedule, aircraft

type, experiences a strike, overbooking or flight interruption of any kind. Air carriers reserve the right to do all the above. In such cases, all claims for airfare adjustment must be requested directly to the air carrier.

Air carriers require the passenger name to appear on the airline ticket exactly it appears on the passport. If it does not match exactly, AmaWaterways shall not be responsible or liable for the consequences which could include re-issue fees or denial of boarding. AmaWaterways shall not be responsible or liable for costs resulting from airline schedule changes, lost air ticket, delay, disruption or cancelled flight, lost or damaged baggage, missed connections, downgrades, denied boarding or voluntarily buying replacement tickets without the express consent of the air carrier. In any of these instances, claim must be made directly with the air carrier. Changes: Airline tickets issued by AmaWaterways have restrictions and cannot be reissued, transferred, or exchanged. Any changes whatsoever made to an airline ticket will incur a minimum C$450 per ticket change fee for Economy (C$750 for Business), plus any additional increase in the cost of the airfare. A change or refund request for tickets purchased through AmaWaterways must be made through AmaWaterways, but may not be possible. Once a trip commences, only the date of the return flight ticket can be modified for C$450 per ticket change fee for Economy (C$750 per ticket for Business). Other changes may require purchase of a new ticket. The original return air ticket has no residual value. Limitation on Special Requests & Frequent Flyer Numbers: AmaWaterways will try to relay requests for special meals, adding frequent flyer numbers or for seat assignments, etc. However, confirmation of any request rests solely with the airline and the passenger or travel advisor must always confirm directly with the airline. It is recommended that each passenger provide their frequent flyer number to the airline at the time of check-in. Please note that airline tickets issued by AmaWaterways have restrictions that may not allow credit in part or whole for frequent flyer miles. Checking with the air carrier is the responsibility of the passenger. Baggage: Checked and carry-on baggage are subject to restrictions that usually involve weight, size and/or number of pieces. Please check with the respective airline regarding baggage policies. There are strict luggage restrictions for our programs in Africa; please ask for details. We shall not be responsible or liable for costs or consequences for exceeding the airline’s baggage restrictions, or for loss, theft, damage or delay to passenger’s baggage. Airport Transfers: Guests purchasing transoceanic airfare through AmaWaterways may qualify for complimentary group airport transfers for a scheduled arrival between the airport and the ship or hotel, and on a scheduled departure between the hotel or the ship and airport. If airport transfers are not reflected on your confirmation, AmaWaterways will not be responsible for providing airport transfer service. Please note: our group airport transfer service may involve some waiting time. All guests making their own airfare arrangements are responsible for arranging their transportation to/from the airport. Individual airport transfers can be purchased for those guests who are scheduled to arrive/depart on our itinerary dates, please ask for details. Changes in Cruise and Cruise & Land Itineraries: Carrier seeks to provide services as published or stated in the final documents. But deviations to planned cruise, cruise & land itinerary or any other aspects of the travel may occur. If conditions make cruise routes unsafe for navigation or in other respects, or raise sufficient doubt about safety,

Carrier reserves the right to modify or provide alternate services. These may include, but are not limited to, providing accommodation on the docked ship and/or substituting ground arrangements. An effort will be made to try to arrange elements of the cruise and cruise tour similar to those originally planned, but the level of similarity may vary. Except as otherwise provided in your Passenger Ticket Contract, such changes will not entitle you to any credit or a refund. Cruise, cruise & land routes, and all other aspects of the cruise and travel are subject to change with or without notice. Hotel Accommodations: We will seek to use hotels listed (if any) on your confirmation. Changes may be necessary; therefore, use of such hotels is not assured. Standard policy for hotels is to have rooms available for check-in no earlier than 3:00 p.m. Subject to the discretion of the hotel, triple-occupancy hotel accommodations may involve the use of hotel rooms with just two beds. Only those guests who have elected to take our Cruise & Land program on the brochure itinerary dates will receive transfers between the hotel(s) and the ship. Cancellation by Carrier: Carrier reserves the right to cancel, change or postpone any cruise departure date and itinerary. In the event of a complete cancellation of a departure by Carrier, we will refund monies paid for the cruise or cruise & land package to those participants who have not previously cancelled.
