TCR GROUP ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
In accordance with its International Code of Conduct, TCR aims to act responsibly towards the Environment in all aspects of its business activities. More specifically, TCR will apply the following principles:
1. We are aware of our environmental responsibility and of the impact of our business activities on the environment. We aim to reduce our environmental impact in all aspects of our activities. 2. As a minimum, we strive towards full compliance with legal, customer and airport requirements with regards to the environment. 3. All entities will set up an Environmental Management System, to identify environmental risks and impacts of all our business activities, to clearly define any relevant action to mitigate those risks and to reduce these impacts, and to systematically follow up these actions. We measure our environmental performance and aim for its continuous improvement.

4. Among all environmental issues to be managed, the following areas are considered a high priority. TCR continuous improvement efforts should focus on these areas, whilst avoiding excessive costs.
• Soil: we aim to avoid soil and groundwater contamination, by implementing solutions to prevent contamination by oil, fuel and other hazardous materials;
• Green GSE: we monitor the technological evolution of GSE with the objective of decreasing the environmental footprint of our GSE fleet. We aim at becoming the expert in environmental footprint of GSE in order to guide our customers in making the most economically and environmentally sound solutions;
• Water: we take the necessary measures to reduce the risk of waste water contamination by oil, fuel and other hazardous materials. Moreover, we aim to reduce potable water consumption for GSE cleaning.
• Energy: we monitor and take action to reduce the use of energy in our workshops and offices, by eliminating unnecessary consumption, and by implementing energy-efficient solutions; • Waste: we ensure that all waste materials generated by our activities are properly removed and treated acc. to local legal requirements; moreover we aim to reduce waste by re-using or recycling materials, or replacing materials by more ecological alternatives;

5. We aim at raising and maintaining environmental awareness of employees and provide 6.
