IREA HOSTS INTERNATIONAL GUEST FROM KUWAIT Waseem Razvi, President IREA received at iHub, Dr. Jamal Al Shatti, Director-General of Islam Presentation Committee, member of board of administrators of TIES Center. The President said: “We are looking to work together in various ways to strengthen the mutual cooperation, to coordinate the efforts of both organizations, and to make mutual visits in the future in the field of coveying, charity, and serving Islam and Muslims’ Issues.” Visiting Guest Dr AlShatti praised IREA for its role in inviting to the way of Allah with wisdom and fair preaching, its effort in spreading Prophet’s approach in inviting to Islam, and for its role in assisting people regardless of their race. IREA conducted ‘New Muslim Training’ Workshop instructed and designed by Dr Jamal to cater for 100s of Australian reverts accepting Islam in Australia through IREA’s relentless efforts. Alhamdulillah last year alone in 2014, IREA had more than 400 new muslims through Street Dawah, Seminars & Conferences. At the end of the course, the students were awarded certificates by Br Waseem Razvi, to be future teachers in the ‘New Muslim Academy’ Due to growing curiosity amongst Australians about Islam and large number of conversions,
IREA is now taking another major step in Dawah Field to setup ‘New Muslim Academy’ to provide support, authentic knowledge and practical social cohesion. Special Dinner Meeting was organized by IREA & was attended by Fawaz Chawk(Al Wasat Newspaper), AbdulLateef (Mary Mosque), AbdulShaheed Drew, Najeeb Architect along with various other Prominent Da’ees of IREA from across Australia.
He praised the programs prepared by New Muslims Section of IREA to invite to Islam through lectures, courses, seminars, and dialogues that appeal new Muslims and nonMuslims in the country. “This Workshop will help in taking care of the new Muslims by giving them positive knowledge to live in this beautiful country Australia as good citizens and a positive outlook.
