DISHWASHER SAFE
You’ll save loads of time keeping your Epicurean paper composite products clean by simply tossing them in the dishwasher when you’re done using them. Our paper composite material, can be sanitized in any home or commercial dishwasher.
MAINTENANCE FREE
Epicurean products made from paper composite that has the look and feel of wood but does not require any of the typical wood board maintenance. Oiling and conditioning are unnecessary but they will help maintain and enhance the appearance of your Epicurean board.
Epicurean paper composite boards are harder than wood but will score slightly while slicing and chopping food. Your knives will stay sharp longer, making your prep work faster and easier.

HEAT RESISTANT
Epicurean paper composite material is heat resistant to 350°F. You can keep your counters safe from hot pots and pans by using your boards as trivets, and your Epicurean tools will stand up to the high heat of sautéing and boiling. This material should not be used as cookware, however.
NON-POROUS
Epicurean’s paper composite boards and tools won’t hang on to germs or bacteria. You won’t have to keep one set of boards for meat and one for produce. Simply give your Epicurean board a wash after prepping meat, fish or chicken and move on to your fruits and vegetables.

This is exactly the way Erik Sather wants it to be. He grew up in a small town and remembers going to the butcher shop for meat. His shop aims to recreate that kind of feeling and experience. Lowry Hill Meats is an environment that honors and embraces oneon-one, face-to-face relationships. Erik knows all the farmers and producers who supply him with his meats, cheeses, and fermented goods. He can call them anytime and he’s visited the farms. He

The narrow head with beveled edges on three sides gives you maximum pie maneuverability and the 39" long handle will let you access every corner of the oven. Brewers, paddle your mash. Epicurean’s mash paddles are designed with all-grain brewing in mind. Two sizes are available to suit big- and small-scale operations, and will reach the bottom of almost all mash tuns. The hop-shaped holes in the paddle base will allow grain to pass through with no problem, and once you’re done you can hang it up thanks to the hang hole in the handle. And these two-toned paddles look really good hanging on your wall. Although these look and feel like wood, they’re better than wood; our material is non-porous which means they do not harbor any bacteria, and they won’t crack or split after prolonged time in water.
