After several years of experience , also in order to adapt to market needs , it was decided to invest in the acquisition of new CNC machines , but more importantly , it was decided to develop a new and innovative product by detecting a new company, ALUTREND , aluminum gates that offers exceptional strength and toughness , gates to be considered "eternal" .
Our profiles are made of aluminum alloy 6060 primary extruded tube that is filled . The thicknesses depart from a minimum of 4 mm for the plates and from 1.5 mm to 20 mm for the profiles which vary according to the types to accomplish.
The gates with two hinged doors are tested and certified to a maximum width of 8 meters in Class 2; for the sliding model , however, for a maximum width of 12 meters in Class3 . All zippers used are made with stainless steel center pivot joint , bush brass plate fixed to the wall , and adjustable steel eyelet , all equipped with a hole for grease and thicknesses of stainless steel recording .
The decorative elements of our production and supply are made of cast aluminum and die- full, and stuck to the profiles by welding or threading. All screws or bolts used are stainless steel . Each product is made by means of pulsed arc welding and TIG , so to be able to ensure durability and stability over time . Our range includes various types of gates linear , arc , and at the request either one or two doors swing scrollable. The series is completed with the line of fences and railings for balconies linear , curved or inclined , all in harmony with the style of the gates , with profiles of the same design but of a smaller size . The second type of gates and fences we produce is made with square profiles , starting from material extruded full, using ornamental elements and achievements wrought aluminum , combined and secured with aluminum rivets that reflect the style of the old artisan tradition . In addition to the standard models, work can be done and special designs on plates , according to customer requirements.
After the assembly, welding and cleaning, our gates are subjected to a process of sandblasting with corundum and silica sand , are then washed and degreased with solvents and acids , dried in the oven , to be finally subjected to electrostatic application of powder polyurethane color chosen and placed in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. This whole process is done online , in order to ensure a high quality and a 10 year warranty on both structural defects that painting , with insurance coverage REALE MUTUA insurance .
