about us Alumabe is a company created in 1988 by Mª Beatriz Martínez and Gregorio Castellanos, and which is dedicated to the Design, Manufacture and Commercialization of Special Accessories for Aluminium Carpentry. Our main customers are Aluminium Warehouses, Industrial Suppliers, Hardware Stores and any Wholesaler specialised in Metallic Carpentry and DIY. All our products are manufactured preferably in Aluminium, Plastic or Zamak, and they are distinguished by their well researched designs, that enable locksmiths and fitters to carry out their work quickly, easily and cost-effectively. We invest on researching and development, which has allowed us to make progress constantly, adapting us to the needs of different markets and customers. Fixed Shutters with 50 mm. “Ovalina” Slats

Set of chocks for 50 mm. “ovalina” slats in 6000 series and sliding profiles This set is used so that the sashes of the 6000 Series or similar profiles with a 9 to 10 mm. gap, and the sliding profiles, with a minimum width of 24 mm., can cross over. Their well researched design denotes a saving with regard to similar chocks, and enhances the shutter´s appearance, as the slat is slightly more vertical. This system is therefore much quicker to produce and is more aesthetic and cost-effective. Another advantage lies in that the slat´s edge is hidden inside the chocks. This makes the shutter stronger, preventing slat vibration caused by wind, and significantly reducing filiform corrosion of the profile´s edge in coastal areas. Reversible Chock
