FEEDING CONVEYOR Three operating feeding modes are available to optimize speed and quality. Operators can randomly feed up to four different items per program. The FlexFold measures each item and determines the type of fold to perform and which stacker it must direct the item to. The unit can also pause to allow the operator to manually adjust the trailing edge of more challenging pieces such as fitted sheets.

FLEXIBLE The FlexFold can fold items up to 90x47"- the widest range of tumble dried linens in the industry. RELIABLE No folder is jam free... but this is as close as it gets. Our engineering team started with a blank sheet of paper and one word: No Jams! OK, that's two words, but you get the idea. Have you ever processed 5,000 pieces without a jam? Now you can!

The primary fold(s) are accomplished by air pushing the edges of the linen over skis to create one or two crisp folds. A unique combination of air deflector and air evacuation outlets makes it possible to take full advantage of the FlexFold speed without compromising folding quality.
CROSSFOLDS In order to secure consistent high-quality folds, both crossfolds are made by air-assisted reversing conveyors. A neatly folded package is obtained by continuously pressing the items between premium stretch belts as they move through the machine. These belts also ensure that the quality of the crossfold is not affected by the thickness of the linen.
STACKERS Items are directed to one of several stacker stations based on size. Once above the correct stacker station, the item pauses while high-velocity air cylinders open the doors from underneath it — thus allowing the folded linen to drop evenly on the stacking conveyor below. The Flexfold can be ordered with up to four stacker stations.
DELIVERY CONVEYOR
An elaborate piece of equipment doesn't have to be complicated. Simple is better!
A retractable conveyor carefully transfers the stack onto an incline conveyor which can be set to deliver at the front or back of either side of the unit.

An optional extension can be added to the delivery conveyor to ensure a smooth transfer of the stacks into the flow of a master laundry conveyor.
