3. Click Activity/Room Setup and Activity Schedules from the menu options. The Add/ Edit Time Schedule and Recurrence screen appears. 4. Select the activity to work with from the Show Activity drop‐down at the top of the Activity Schedules grid. 5. Click Edit beside any existing schedule. The schedule’s details appear.
