We humans are good movers. In fact, humans have evolved to be the best runners on the planet over a long distance.

Enjoy the freedom that a love of running gives. Run short, run long, off-road or in the dark. Here are a few event ideas to get you started. Just go do it.

Love the night life?

For some people a run at night is a quiet form of mediation. For others night runs are the fastest, spurred on by the am-I-being-chased-by-a-beareffect (yes, this is a real thing). Either way a run in the dark is one of the best things about this time of year.

Two Tunnels Railway Races

A truly special race that not only takes in many of Bath’s beautiful attractions, but also has the longest underground section for each race distance in the UK!
